As a first-time mom, I purchased the Momcozy Bottle Washer to help make feeding and cleaning a little easier. Unfortunately, my original unit stopped working, but I had a wonderful experience with the Momcozy customer service team.

Customer service representative was fantastic! The motor to my pump lost its ability to suction. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. She was able to send me a new working pump immediately free of charge. It arrived to my house 2 days later. I’m still breastfeeding my 9 month old and didn’t know what I would do without a working pump but I’m thankful I do have a backup hospital grade pump. I love the portable pumps though and easy to use on the go!

Momcozy is such a reliable brand, and I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for wearable pumps!
I own the M5 and think it's a great pump overall. A couple of minor downsides: it can't stand upright on a flat surface, and I wish the milk pour hole had a secure plug/lid to stop spills. Still a great buy, though!
I had ordered momcozy pump and after using it for few days one of the pump wasn't working, my bad luck so I reached out to momcozy costumer service and with few emails and information shared they resent me the new set. Since I am a breastfeeding mom pumping is necessary and thanks to momcozy and it's service I am doing great now.

I bought the S12 pro and had been using it for 6 months and ran into an issue with one of the pumps. I decided to write to mom cozy support and got a very quick response the morning after (i wrote them at night). Thry sent me a new pump the day after and i got it i think like 2 days later! Very happy I vhose momcozy, they have great products and the best customer support and service! Fully recomend!
