They are scammers! Never order from this site! The shoes I ordered had such a bad smell, it cleared the room. Not to mention the boots looked like they were from the dollar store. I sent repeated messages for a return address since the 60 day return policy magically turned into a 30 day return policy. Had to contact paypal for the return. The company sent me a return address in China which was to deter me from returning. Paypal got me this return address.

Please don’t put yourselves through the nightmare of ordering from this company. First I didn’t receive my boots and shoes for 3 months. There is no customer service at all and my shoes and boots are so incredibly cheap and don’t look a thing like the pictures. It’s actually comedic. I filed 3 formal complaints and tried to get a refund and have had no luck. This company is a fraud!!

This place is a huge rip off! Their products are junk shipped straight from China. You will not get your money back because they will not provide a return address within the 30 return period. I paid $131.98 dollars for 2 pair of boots that I couldn't even sell for $5.00 due to the quality. Shipping says 5 to 12 days and it took 4.5 weeks. Luckily I filed a claim with paypal and they have been trying to resolve the issue since 12/02/2018. I wish that I could rate less than 1 star. STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY ARE A CHINESE SCAM THAT SELLS PRODUCT THAT ARE JUNK.

Please read reviews before contemplating buying from this place. They’re base in China, the shipping takes 1 to 2 months, and the products looks nothing, NOTHING like the pictures. Is 100% scam!!!
And the refund?? You will never see it!

I'm pretty sure this is a sister site to another page called LaddyTopia. It's the SAME issue. The boots I got look NOTHING like the ones advertised on the site. The boots on their page has like 5 stars and ALL positive reviews. I gave a bad review and of course it doesn't post... so they monitor the reviews, only allowing the good ones. I'm tempted to put "Return to Sender" just to get rid of these hideous things. It's AWFUL. Next time I'll make sure (search the website thoroughly) to find out where they are located. I knew these companies were bad on Ebay, but I had no idea they were now scamming via these "trendy" websites. Infuriating!

My shoes showed up but the anke straps were cut in half so they are unwearable. I sent the company photos and proof that they could not be worn. THEY DIDN'T RESPOND.

However, I had emailed them previously wondering where my shoes were and they did respond telling me where they were in the shipping process. Therefore, I know they received my email but they pick and choose what to actually respond to so they don't have to go through the return process BACK TO "CHEAP-CRAP-CHINA!"

Boots look nothing like picture, not leather and has terrible odor! Fraudulent company DO NOT order from them. Email address for returns is non-active.

This company us the worst, they sent me 3 pair of the same boots & of course charged me for them, I asked for a return shipping label and they offered me 20% off my next purchase. Do not use this company.

Lord have mercy - do not buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. First they claimed the boots were 'leather'. The shipping took over 8 weeks for me to receive - shipping point was China. Then the discovery the boots were PLASTIC (confirmed by two shoe repair shops), the fit was awful and not consistent with USA fit. Every time I've sent them a message, this is the response I get. The return process is unbelievable...several labels are required, the shipping cost exceeded the $69.99 USD cost of the fake product and they take days to return with cryptic e-mails with unintelligible English necessitating more communication. I used PayPal because I trust them and thankfully, PayPal resolved the issue (I had to escalate it during the 'return time window') without my having to ship the garbage back. I suspect this company is fraudulent. At best, they should not be selling anything in the USA and should be reported to State Attorneys General. Save yourself the hassle...don't buy anything from them.

Poor quality and no return method. I purchased a few pair of shoes from Mollyca and only one pair fit. I ordered the same size in differnt styles, but couldn't even slip two of the pair over my feet. I feel duped - don't give this company your money - you'll never get it back. The customer service email now bounces back and "undeliverable".

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!. I ordered items in August 2018 it took 6 weeks to deliver sandals that were only fit for the bin . Other items were returned and i am still awaiting a refund . I am constantly in touch by e-mail and after confirming that they had my 3 returned items they are asking now for me to supply proof ofreturn UNBELIEVABLE. !!!! I am contacting paypal to see if they can help .

Unfortunately I ordered 3 pair of shoes. They are terrible! Cheap knockoffs with glue all over them and one pair they sent me 2 LEFT SHOES! I ordered through Pintrest so I can't find a way to return them.

please please please don't order from them. I order boots on the 13 of December. still not here and sinds I made a case on PayPal they replied on my email saying sorry for the late reply and for the delay of shipment. the tracking code is saying that's in the Richmond post facility in BC. I called them today and it's not there and they can't even track it where it's.

I wish there was an option for a zero rating because Mollyca are the utter worst. Ordered boots that arrived late, and when they did come turned out to be cheap knock offs that reeked of glue, and that had been packaged to badly as to have no shape. Been through PayPal to get a refund as Mollyca would appear to have no returns method. They first offered me a 15% discount, then a 15% refund (and I could keep the boots, which I really don’t want as the smell alone is vile). Avoid.

Very disappointed! When I received my shoes they looked nothing like pictures: poor quality materials and even the shape was different! Money wasted!

This website is a total SCAM!
Like everyone else, I ordered a top and received something which was very different from the picture. When I asked for a refund, I was offered 15% off coupon for the future purchases. I am never going to order anything from this website and I am hoping nobody will so these scam artists will go out of business.

Absolute rip off, I should have read the reviews before ordering. The reviews are the most honest I have ever come across and represent the experience of the majority of shoppers on this website. The shoes are cheap, nasty copies of the photographed items and the glue used is so toxic I have had to store them in the shed until they are returned. Save yourself the hassle and give this a miss.

I wish I had read this information ahead of time. I am right there with the rest of you. I ordered 2 pairs of boots that I thought were adorable, but they did not fit well at all and are uncomfortable. I have requested a refund and they offered me a 15% on my next purchase and to keep the boots - they do not fit and are terribly uncomfortable. The return policy is crazy - also need to take a picture and include it in your return along with 4 other steps. I also gave my credit card instead of going through PayPal - YIKES. I too suggest nobody order from these people.
