LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. ITS TRUE!!! Their delivery time is VERY long! The quality of the shoes are not good! It's hard and poorly made! Their customer service dept feels like a scam!. They give the run around when trying to get a return. It has been weeks since I have been trying to get my return and they are refusing to give me the information for my return. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Do not!

I Spent 150 never received my items, Invalid tracking number was given and company is in China...Thank God my bank refunded my money this place is a scam

though really cheaply made. The 2nd was really see-through - which was neither pictured nor stated in the catalog. The boots were absolute junk. They were glued in places boots are normally stitched and made of thin pseudo suede. The ad pictured sturdy, good quality boots not even remotely like what I received. I submitted the first of many emails within hours of receiving the pkg. All emails were ignored completely until it was past the return deadlines I reach the company on this info which is Eight 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇ᶠⁱᵛᵉ𝒻ᵢᵥₑ ₜ𝓌ₒ ₒₙₑ ⁷²⁴⁵ Really cheap and unforgivably long shipping time I was able to return this Garbage to the company But one pair was really cute although I’m concerned about how long they’ll last because the fabric seems cheap.

I had no idea this company was in China. I ordered three pairs of booties, size 9.5, which is a roomy fit for me YET I could not get even my toes into the shoe - they were so tiny - more like a child's size. There was no return label so I was without the reasonable opportunity of return. I searched the internet to no avail as I called companies selling similar products to not avail. The booties are made from plastic (poor quality was glaring).
First of all, I could not track them down and had to rely on PayPal - they tried to help but in the end turned out to be futile. PayPal gave me an address in China and also instruction on how to return the package. I packed the items as instructed and took the package to the post office for mailing. Hitch #1 - incomplete address - address given to me by PayPal was close but not complete or accurate - post office rep and I finally figured out what the correct address might be. Hitch #2 - it would cost me $66.00 to mail the package back (signature requested). Hitch #3 - they had no local U.S. agent or representative that I could reach out to! So although PayPal tried to help, it was ineffective (with restrictions).
End result, I'm out of pocket $134.36.
So, if and when you decide to purchase make sure it's not from them (they ultimately showed up in PayPal as "Promise Electronics...." (whaaaat - so confusing I even got a "fraud call from my bank which should have been a trigger)!

Bought about $130 worth of merchandise. Says ships from local warehouse on site. It’s named Molly CA so one would assume that means ships from CA and I am in Los Angeles. Waited about 3 weeks for my order. When it arrived it was nothing like the photos. The fabric was different, the boots weren’t even close. It said “vintage blue leather” and what I got was plastic bright blue crappy made boots. I called and got nowhere. I disputed thru PayPal which also was no help. After having me submit photos and documentation of screen grabs from their site and photos of what I got, they took the side of the RETAILER saying I didn’t meet their return requirements. I disputed that saying it says 15 days and it took 3 weeks to get it. I would also have to return to China! Funny that doesn’t sound like “local warehouse.” They would not refund me. Learned my lesson, only use AmEx for purchases with retail. I ended up donating everything to Goodwill.

Bought two pair of shoes. Very cheap looking and tried to return them but would not send me a return address. After 3 months of trying to get my refund I ended up giving them to Goodwill.....

I tried ENDLESSLY to negotiate a dispute through PayPal. After 2 months I was FINALLY given a return address and instructions to process my return. I followed their instructions to the letter and paid $35 for return shipping to CHINA only to have Molly CA claim that they did not receive the returned items. I have the tracking information indicating that the package was given to a China postal agent for delivery - that is the extent of the US tracking capability. Of course Molly CA claims there is not proof a delivery. They instructed me to use the USPS (not UPS, Fedex, etc.) knowing full well that I would be unable to track beyond a hand-off to Chinese agents.

You are telling me the US can track a package all the way to China - noting date and time for 7-8 stops and hand-off a long the way - and the great country of China cannot even manage to get it the rest of the way - I don't believe it!!! Molly CA either cannot manage their shipping and receiving process, have no tracking and inventory controls processes, or just lied. Whatever it is results in nightmares for the customer.

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!! The quality is awful. When I attempted to return the product, the mailing fees for a return to China were $69 (more than the cost of the boots) . When I emailed Mollyca to discuss this, they finally returned 3 weeks later. Their email stated they would give me 20 percent off the product if I kept them. I did not want that. I just wanted to return the boots for a refund. On top of it all, the product is not what you see in the photograph. This is not a company you want to deal with!!

FAILED TO GIVE REFUND ADDRESS:

I contacted the company within the period for returns as the items were terrible quality. The shoes are like mock-up samples, whereby the fabric was not constructed properly and I could not slide my foot into the shoe (because it lacked structure). It was like wearing a paper shoe!!

Attempted returns for the past year now and they generate the same response over 20 times now:

"We can give you 30% refund of the item(s) at most.
If this fine for you, we will refund it to your original payment.
Would it be fine for you?"

Totally crooked company. They are located in China and the cost to return items - which are poorly made - is more than the items themselves. Paypal was USELESS in helping. Worst online experience I've ever had.

Cheap, cheap merchandise. The reviews on their site are fake. I tried to post one and wasn’t able to. Stay away from them!!!

This is an oversea China company. Their merchandise is poorly made and poorly sized. The return process is next to impossible, and they warn you that your return may get lost so except their 25% refund, that you'll also never get. Stay away from Mollyca.com and their new name, Zoemiss.com.

I wish I had found this site before I ordered from ZoeMiss.
I’m trying to send some stuff back, i’ve Asked 6 times as of today for the address so I can return items. They’re never going to send it to me, my 2 weeks is almost up. They offer you a discount on your next purchase.....Hell No, that’s not happening again. It had the worst tracking package system, separate packages in the shipment, took a long time, cheap material, poor fit, not worth the money.
DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, you cannot return items.

The shoes I got from this company came from China and was so poorly packaged, that I should have known the merchandise was of poor quality. Not only were the shoes I got of cheap quality, they were also dirty and had a black spot on red shoes that looked like someone had tried to clean. This was the worse product I have ever received. I will never buy from them again. Even when I got a response back about returning the item in the original package, I could not return anything in that mangled envelope. I have definitely learned my lesson about buying anything unless it's a company I know of. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Mollyca became Zoemiss!! Worst online experience I have ever had. No product quality, no customer service, no time frames for deliveries or responses, no refunds, no answers to anything, always a different email or text comes from a different number. ..it's a game, except they make money in China, we always lose it, and get nothing but stress and experience in acquiring a lot of patience. My order didn't come in until 3 months down the road, it also never fit, and I never could exchange or get the money back: all they want to give you back is 15%, in another words $20 after I spent $80 - pathetic. PLEASE, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. They had so many bad reviews they had to change the name to Zoemiss.

Guess "1" star is mandatory!. I just clicked on the web link for this same Mollyca site and it is named something different now.
I bought 2 pair of worthless boots thinking I was getting them from California. They looked sharp in the photo. Did not realize they were coming from China until I got the tracking info about 2 weeks later.Took over a month to arrive. They accepted no exchanges, but I had to pay the shipping anyway. They are the most horrible piece of crap I've ever bought, such poor workmanship I do not want to wear them in public. I truly believe I was misled thinking they were coming from CA. So, if they are closing all retail outlets and the online purchases are frauds... we all better learn how to make our own shoes.

I ordered boots. They were a cheap plastic and nothing like the picture or the description. The opening was so small, a child couldn’t get her foot in them! They would not send me their return address and wanted me to sell them to a friend to get my money back!! My friends laughed at the boots!! Couldn’t believe I’d order something like that!! I escalated the order to PayPal and they denied my refund!!! They claimed I had received what I ordered!! The sad thing is, I don’t want to order anything online ever again!!!

As mentioned repeatedly, and I can't stress enough. The quality is horrible. two tops were coming apart at the seams. I couldn't return them unless I paid postage. The sizing was ridiculous. Most of what I ordered did not fit, far too small.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY...The quality is HORRIBLE. You will not get what you see in the picture. Also, it will arrive a month later from China.
