They are a nuisance. You tell them not to call you and they will continue to call. It’s annoying as if they are begging or desperate for your money. DO NOT sign up with them. They are Calling at 3am in the morning.

On Oct 1st one Qusse called and canvased me to open an account at Modmount with a deposit of 250.00 dollars and he told me that within 12 hrs one of their representatives will contact me and get me in touch with trading . But no one contacted me and put a review on trustpilot and put withdrawal request on modmount platform,
Next another person Mr Harris called from modmount and told it’s unfortunate that nobody turned up , for withdrawal I need to remove my comment from trust pilot and he will ensure a smooth withdrawal of my money. And I removed the comment. Till today I have not received the withdrawal money . I made the payment from credit card and as per bank they transfer back to same card and bank will process to the account linked to card. And credit card doesn’t have a an IBAN number,

But they are asking for card statement, INBAN of card account which doesn’t have as per bank. So I gave them even my savings bank account IBAN and other details also . And in both accounts name is same too . But nothing happens, I think they are just playing around with me . On mails I asked either Mr. Qusse or Harris who contacted me over phone to call me back . But no response!

I have requested a fund withdrawal since the 25th of September ( three weeks ago) and I got nothing
Do not invest with them until further notice

I am still waiting my money to be refund from ModMount.

it's difficult to withdraw from the Modmount. Not like at the first time the consultant tell you.

Modmount has enormous spreads keeping you from profiting from your trades and even if you get a profit they also take too much commission. They don't care about client's money, they just want to make a profit off of us. The second problem is that I requested a withdrawal 2 days ago and still haven't gotten it back I wonder why it's taking so long to withdraw yet when depositing it's effortless. That's shady. I want to share another experience where i was "forced" to put more money but nothing happened in the end than losing all my savings.

The agent told me ( i will give you his/her name later) to put money to change my account from a Classic to Silver then to Gold. This was supposed closing the position more quickly with less commission. Despite having put the money with much insistence , my account did not changed but he keeps telling that he can see that it has changed. later when I lodge a complain then another agent told me that my account has remained the same. So, i let you guess if this company is trustworthy or not. I will continue to write other situations how this company has made me lost all my savings.

Bad platform, bad accounting managers. always pressure on customers to put more money. Guide customers to open bad transactions to loose their money to deposit more. My account manager guided me to sale EUROGPB on 15.9.2025, since this date the share go higher and I loose money. The same happen after purchasing EUROUSD on 17.9.2025, the share go down and I loose money. The manger also refused to invest in GOLD when it was expected to raise as dollar rate discounted justifying that I have to deposit more money first to do that.

Last two days before I invest $251 as one lady called me and assist me that time and she said our one assigned staff will call you and guide you how to trading and get profit but I m still waiting no buddy call me and I don't have any number to connect any one I need correct guide line regarding that if u r honest and professional company other wise return my money .

So here is my honest review.
I initially registered based on same fake advertising. Initially one lady assist me as my and i deposited some amount and then i got withdrawal also like quickly.
Late i deposited around 100$ and i make some investment and i got some profit of like 25 50$ ( didnt remember exactly because its long time). When i requested to withdraw, i didnt receive my money then i have to post reviews here then i got my deposit amount and then again i post reviews then i got my profit amount and they asked to me to delete the reviews and i did. Now again am getting multiple calls daily to make an investment again and even after telling them am not interested still they are calling me like daily 5 times. They are just fake and fraud.

Initial registration was easy. But the constant calls to increase the range of investments we cd buy became slightly annoying. Initially we had problems closing our account and getting refunded, but ultimately they were very helpful. We had many calls and emails from different people, which led to confusion, but we were paid.

Solid broker overall. The platform is easy to use, and support responds quickly.

My husband started the trading and still have been going fine until it's time to withdraw.
The person assigned to guide him through as a beginner stopped calling or respond to mails.
The balance keeps dropping by the day and all attempts to withdraw a4 declined without reasons after some days of pending.

Modmount stop calling me for the period where my review was up here. NOW the calls are back. It was well initially BUT once I decided to stop trading, i receive day and night calls consecutively from them to talk and so that they can provide me more insight for me to continue trading. This is getting bad to worse where my sleep was interrupted. I answer the call and told them stop contacting me as it is affecting my daily life. Nothing changed, calls keep coming in. I hope I can share the missed call log here as a proof. It is so bad. Today I received two calls already. My Modmount account is closed and not active already. Do not call me again

I was told thattransaction are hold by AI. N i need to do nothing. When i tried to open my account to check details n reinvest part of money i was unable to reset new passworld. Most likely it is my poor internet knowlede but i got poor assistance apart from phone call which i made clear no use. So they block my account cause i no used it. Still unable to get access.

A horrible company to deal with. They will go to the end of the earth in ways to part with your money, even the Financial manager will call you , obviously trying to make you feel important. They will try to get you to deposit into their platform using credit cards. I have lost a lot of my saving with this sham of a company. They literally laugh in your face when you tell them I cannot invest anymore. They will make money on your investments while you lose out due to their so called swaps.
Caveat Emptor

I’ve been trading with Modmount for a few weeks now, mainly on major forex pairs and gold. Execution speed is solid, especially during high-volume hours. I didn’t notice any major slippage, and spreads are competitive. So far, it’s been a reliable broker for day trading.

Stay away from these people since they are scammers; you may see my pictures to learn how to sue them.

They are one big scamming entity that tricks people to invest your hard earned money with the promise of earning more. They will say that their system uses AI and guarantees at first that you will earn some money then once your engrossed in it suddenly you will lose everything. STAY AWAY FROM MODMOUNT
