I am sharing this review as a warning to other investors about my experience with ModMount Ltd.

During my interaction with the company, I was repeatedly pressured by their representatives to deposit more money and continue trading. The communication was persistent and clearly focused on encouraging further deposits rather than protecting the client.

As trading continued, I began to notice patterns that raised serious concerns about the authenticity of the trading environment. Several trades behaved in ways that did not appear consistent with normal market movements.

The most astonishing part of this experience was seeing my account show losses exceeding 200%. In normal trading conditions, losses should not exceed the capital deposited. This raises a simple question: has anyone ever heard of a trading loss exceeding 200% of the invested funds?

These events made me question whether the platform truly reflects a real market environment or whether it operates in a simulated or non-transparent trading system.

After these losses occurred, I was offered a financial settlement in exchange for signing documents that waive my rights, which further increased my concerns about the transparency of what had happened.

I’m a verified customer, account 630386.
A Modmount representative contacted me, directed all communication through Telegram, a non recorded platform, and provided specific trade recommendations. I followed them. My account was liquidated. The representative disappeared immediately after.
Modmount's own documentation states it is execution only and does not provide investment advice. What I experienced was different.
When I complained formally, they offered 2,000 USD in non withdrawable trading credit, then 600 USD cash, against deposits made in 3 currencies. Their own written response stated the offer was "not based solely on market fluctuations." They never explained what else it was based on. They also confirmed an internal investigation into the account manager's conduct.
If you are considering depositing here, request everything in WRITING from an official email and READ their Conflicts of Interest Policy before you deposit money.

When I saw the Modmount advertisement online, I didn't know the company/organization Modmount existed. The advertisement didn't mention the organization's name, nor the Seychelles Islands. Later, at the time of the deposit, the name Vortice Ethereum appeared. I received a link to access a website where employees posing as Europeans claimed to be in England and Portugal. Because of this, in good faith, I was defrauded of US$893.00 (eight hundred and ninety-three dollars), which I have been trying to recover ever since. The organization's offline game features an outdated trading chart, a swap rate far above reasonable limits, and unqualified people who don't even understand the indicators on the charts. All they do is use a website that only demonstrates the high volatility of financial investments. The advertising described the use of artificial intelligence, and its absence on the platform indicates a deceptive product. I request, once again, a refund of my money.

After my complaints about modmountltd, I was contacted by several means of communications. I became very happy for the immediate response I got from the company. All my details were gotten, an agreement form was sent to me which has been signed by both parties and any moment from now am expecting my disbursement. Thank you modmount.

This company employs analysts who know nothing and deludes them with promises of profit. They especially have an employee named Mohammed, a Syrian national, who got us into trouble. He can't analyze things properly, and we lost a large sum of money. I don't recommend this company because they are incompetent. Unfortunately, it's the worst company and has the worst management.

This company is a sham and they are scammers. After depositing the $250 after aggressive calls,they withdrew my money and now they are silent. Shitheads and thieves.

These Modmount people are unbelievable. The called me on telephone number +442036083352 that they were processing my refund. The suddenly they email me that i provide a bank statement to show connection between me and my money. These people are really thieves. I have all emails and telephone lines they have used to call me and am going to post them here. Scammers, thieves and internet thugs.

The entire world should be alerted of these criminals.

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 18th and had to follow up several times with customer support. Each response said the request was under review by the finance department, but no clear timeline was ever provided. Even after being told the withdrawal was initiated, there was still no confirmation of when the funds would be received. Communication was vague and not transparent. Based on my experience, I would advise caution.

After 9-10 working days, its resolved

This is a scam trading group. After I deposited the amount, I received only one day of support from the Modmount team. After that, no one contacted me again.
I emailed Modmount customer care several times, but every time I received only an automatic reply saying they would call me soon. No one ever called.
The most disappointing part is that after I bought shares based on advice from the Modmount team, they did not help me to close or sell the shares. Because of this, my account is now empty.
I strongly recommend everyone not to deposit even a single dollar with this scam group.

Please do not get carried away by the numerous calls and sweet talks from the mod mount team...i saw some fake advert on FB, not knowing it was AI created and FAKE. I registered and they persuaded me to invest. Now I have requested for withdrawal and request is denied...which proves that they only want to SCAM the community at large and make their earnings at the cost of common man's hard-earned money. My sincere request to everyone, please refrain from such frauds.
