Modesees 

Over the past four months I have ordered 12 dresses or jumpsuits from Modesees, and have had consistently great experiences. The styling and (mostly linen) fabric is beautiful, the colors are true and stable, and the designs are so beautiful!
Their Customer Chat option is as good or better than a phone call! You send a question, and receive a response quickly - often within minutes. When I have received dresses that were too big, they quickly replaced them with the smaller size without requiring me to return the original. And most recently, when my order could not be shipped quickly enough to arrive on time as promised, they offered me a large choice of replacement outfits or a refund. When I asked for a refund, it was very quickly provided. I was so surprised and pleased. I have placed at least 8 separate orders, and have bought some of the most beautiful clothes I’ve owned in years from this lovely company over the past six months. I love their styles, their products have ALWAYS been made very well, and their customer service has been very good. I am a dedicated fan, and cannot wait every month to see their newest offerings!

When items don’t fit as anticipated, Customer Service is very accommodating to help make things right, which is greatly appreciated!

Inaccurate sizes. Customers must pay for the returning lable. Avoid purchasing anything from Modesees

I purchased dress in April and am still waiting for it. I contacted support and have not received any response. Total scam!

What a scam. The website states that returns and exchanges are free, but I didn't want an exchange. I wanted a straight return....which needed to be shipped to China for $400. There is no doubt that the clothes are well made and maybe worth the price, but the fit can be really weird. The clothes are typical for Chinese-made clothes: they are made for shorter, smaller people and the proportions are not adjusted for taller larger people. This wouldn't be that big of a deal if you could return for free. Once you buy (unless you want to pay $400 to return) you are stuck with the purchase....:/

I am still waiting for my dresses - 2 dresses for 340 $ both - I have ordered them bebinning of April and no news at all - 7 weeks without information !!

I bought a skirt and top from Modesees and the items were described as a cotton/linen blend. However the skirt ( although the same colour) was a type of stretch/jersey and was very unflattering. After several emails I still do not have a resolution, to the point where they are insisting that I return the item to china at my own cost. This is against consumer law as the products were not as described. They have put every obstacle available to them and have ignored consumer rights. Do not buy from this company.

I believe that this review is a fake. The address line and the name included at the end are not the same.
I also feel that the syntax reveals a person that is ESL, with a reasonably good handle in the basics of the language, but shows a lack of a native speaker's intuition.. I have had experience with both learning and teaching languages, so I feel confident in flagging the review.

Terrible experience. I ordered an expensive dress. It arrived but the cut and fabric was not right or good. I organised a return and sent it off. The parcel then sat in Chinese customs for months and the parcel has now been returned to me. I’ve spent not only the original purchase price but also money on trying to return. I don’t believe the return address is real and now the company are ghosting my emails.
Update! I have contacted their support email many many times with no satisfactory result.

Do not buy from this company. It does not look like the pictures looks like cheap $10 material and I paid 150 for it.

Déplorable customer service!! This company does not refund you when returning an item. Just lost over $200. No phone number. No return policy. No one to help. DO NOT buy from this site!

Buyer beware!!!!! I ordered a huge amount of clothing from this company for an upcoming trip, and I STILL have not received EIGHT items that were purchased in early March.

What’s worse is the company completely ignores my repeated requests to cancel the unshipped orders and issue refunds. No response. No accountability.

And the items that actually did arrive look NOTHING like the photos online. The quality is beyond awful — cheap fabric, poor construction, and completely misleading advertising.

I lost a significant amount of money dealing with this company. It’s honestly unbelievable that scam businesses like this are still allowed to operate.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I am a grandmother who trusted Modesees. I found 6 comfortable outfits that I loved from their site and decided to do my yearly shopping with them. After a month of waiting for the items to arrive I inquired with Modesees only to find out none of the items they allowed me to purchase were in stock. They asked me to pick different selections which I reluctantly did. Only to find out that those items were not in stock either. After realizing the so called company was a scam , I started asking for my money back. They offered me a gift certificate for half of the $700.56 that I spent. I declined and since I went through Affirm I have to pay back the total amount I borrowed from them because Modesees says that they fulfilled their contract. I have never been so hurt and disgusted with a company in my life! I urge anyone going through something similar or even if they’ve tried to scam you a different way, to contact the Better Business Bureau. Go on all of their sites and complain. They can’t continue treating people this way! God bless.

I purchased 2 Minimalist Linen-blend Sleeveless Maxi Dresses With Ruffle Details. They arrived in less than 7 days. The quality of fabric is excellent. I needed to exchange one as the size didn’t fit. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and helpful reply. Will definitely be purchasing more from Modesees.

Received item which looks nothing like picture with very poor quality. Unfortunately when I looked at return policy which stated 15 days, it was for modesens and not this organization. I had promised myself that I would not buy from these unknown companies that literally screw you , so this experience will make me follow that rule. This company will never receive another dime from me or anyone I know.

Modesees customer service is top notch. I’ve purchased from them before in the past. I love the quality of their products and customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I ordered 3 pieces it took about 2.5 months to receive the first one! It wasn’t anything like the picture advertised on the website. It took 3 days to get hold of someone to communicate with them to let them know I don’t like it and would like to return, they made it so hard for me. I decided to cancel one of them before receiving it and they were pushing me to exchange it! Finally they acce to make the refund but I haven’t got the refund yet!! The third pice was so out of proportion and heavy that I sent a complaint and I haven’t heard from them back yet!!! DO NOT BUY FFOM THIS BRAND! Horrible experience

This company is horrible. It took forever to get my dress and once it arrived it l did not look as pictured and it’s impossible to get a refund. They suggested that I exchange the item. I agreed since it was obvious that I wouldn’t get a refund. then they stop responding. Please don’t order from them. You will be disappointed. I’m contacting the BBB.

This was the return address I was given when returning a dress that did not fit, I paid $143.96 USD- then had to pay $58.80 to ship the dress back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- BUY IN AMERICA!!! Lesson learned!!!!!
