Overall excelent. They are honest guys giving out fair deals, not like others pricing their servers for slots.. If there was any problem they were quick to solve it. Good work

I have no complaints about Modern Hosting who have been there since the start and are always eager to help. Offering us exactly the type of freedom other hosts failed to provide. No player slots and full access to server files as an example. I am happy that we choose this host and I'll definitely recommend it to others!

Modern hosting is the best hosting I ever used. The panel really fast that response and they have great customer support. Wouldn't it change it for anything else.

Modern Hosting has some great people running it, you can ask for super small things or big things and they got you covered. People give so much hate against them but truly they are great and help out with everything needed! One of my favorite hosts and really recommend to anyone that just wants a good support team and will never get let down.

Personal connections with mods and owner, good service, very little lag, and easy to use panel. Not a thing about it disappoints or inconveniences us.

Modern Hosting is a great hoster, I have used them for 4 months now and I have had a great experience. I have had a lot of bad hosters in the past and I finally found the one I can trust and play on smoothly without crashes etc. Whenever I need help they're very active friendly and efficient to get to me in a timely manner.

Modern Mo helped me through fixing plugins on one of my servers and was always ready to help. Then when we needed to switch one of our of servers to Modern hosting he spent 4 hours helping us find and fix a problem. Also the Modern Server Info discord bot is much better than a certain other hosting service bot, which name started with an L.

I had written out a 4 paragraph rant about the insane customer support and how amazing mo is (mo is the guy who runs modern), but sadly I accidentally closed the page and had to rewrite this lol. But basically what happened is I had just purchased a server and I was running my custom map, which wasn’t exactly bug free haha. So the server just wouldn’t work. Mo was not going to accept that though, he spent the next 4 hours working constantly until every issue was resolved. This dude probably didn’t even get up to go to the bathroom, on top of it he’s super nice and funny the entire time. He just gives off a positive vibe, even after the 42nd failed attempt, I think when we found the issue was that the C in config wasn’t capitalized and our search was over, that moment was probably the happiest I’d been all day. If I could give more than 5 stars I could. You can tell that Modern puts customer satisfaction above all else, but don’t take that the wrong way! In addition to having great customer support, their panel is super easy to use, and I have had no issues with the server so far! Astronomically better than any hosting provider I’ve ever heard of LOL.
