It was easy to setup the Palworld sever but making changes to the server is not as easy. The server crashes a lot, but by the time it kicks you out, it is up and running again. After setting up the server, you do not have an option to put a password on it.

Sorry to hear you were having issues. Palworld servers can crash for several reasons. The most common one is running out of ram which is common because of memory leaks and the game still being in early access. You should be able to put a password on a Palworld server whenever you want. Feel free to open a ticket so we can assist with this.

Sadly there was no cancellation request submitted before the due date so you were charged. We refunded half the payment to your payment method and gave the rest in store credit. We typically only provide store credit in these cases but decided to do half and half as a goodwill gesture.

I have been hosting Game servers for over 4 years now and have used a variety of game hosters. However, none have had the community support that Modern Hosting has. Honestly wonderful
Honestly, after hosting servers for 3 years now and using a multitude of hosts I can say that Modern has been one of if not the best host I have ever used. From their great ddos protection to their caring customer support it actually makes me as a server owner feel valued. I would suggest Modern over other primarily Unturned hosts because of their customer support.
