Got a response that it’s not installed correctly on phone. No specific instructions and the wait for a response for each question is way too long.

Decent monitoring app, but the old interface was more user friendly. Sometimes it will just freeze up and not report things for 2-3 days, and when you contact customer support they blame it on the phone settings. But a couple days later everything from the down time will show up all at once, which wouldn't happen if the phone settings were the cause. Customer support is very responsive and helpful otherwise. It reports a lot more things than most other monitoring apps do, very thorough.

GPS is unstable and Call Recording does not work at all. Tech department says that they are working on a solution 3 weeks ago and still waiting.

I need a refund and was told I could not have one

The call recording feature only records one side of the conversation - the one from the target it phone it does not record the person calling or that was called.

It’s really a 3.5 because I can only hear one side of the conversation which sounds distorted. Plus, in order to activate the surround recording, you have to send a text that IS visible on the target phone. I also have to download a file converter in order to listen to the recordings on IPhone. However the call log is 99.9% accurate which is better than the competitors.

On audio recordings only the owner of target phone is recorded no the other party in the conversation. At the beginning all features seem to work; even surround sound, but at times no features worked. Then no surround sound ever worked again and during phone recordings only the owner of target phone is recorded.

I bought this app in October 2020 and immediately on installing found that it wasn't working, contacted their tech support and the reply said "Please note the iCloud method is not available currently." I asked how long would that be & was told, they would update me. This is within less than 24 hours and I requested a refund as the app is advertising features, taking money from clients knowing these features do not work. I also met their refund criteria so I requested a full refund which I was told was forwarded on and will take 2-3 days. A month later no refund in sight I contacted a few more times and each time I was told, we have forwarded your request and it should take 2-3 days. I even included their previous reply in the last set of emails, this made no difference.

7 months later and many follow up emails to them, I'm still waiting. My last email was blocked by their system. They do not reply to my emails and have not refunded me. Their tech support suspended the service after my initial contact rendering the app useless but they have held onto my money.

Giving them the 1 star above is being generous, they do not deserve even that.

Be careful ,READ THE FINE PRINT !
They should offer a trial period to see how it works before they charge upwards $80 / month for something that is basically useless..
I would sign up if there were an option for at least 24 hour free trail period..

This software would be great, one problem your software has unknown to me been in all my phones, I know who put it there, you have no clue as to how my life has been with you allowing sick people to stalk, harass, hack, steal, with your product. Do you actually believe they just monitoring their spouse or kids? No! Your product allows people to enter other people’s lives to make other people’s life hell. You hold no responsibility? On a software that is able to do all this we’re the stalking has had my vehicle side swiped and my doctor to put me on medication to keep from handling it my way? I say you are and you will be held accountable for letting cowards use your service. Not once did you ever think you might create victims right? Well we shall see what the judge says.

I don't like the fact that you can't hear the incoming caller on the recording calls. Sometimes the service does not work for a few days but overall I have been a satisfied customer for a few years now.

I rated Moistealth 3 stars because the voice recordings is not able to capture the voice of callers on target device. I hope they work on that as soon as possible

Excellent recording of outgoing and incoming calls, text messages and browsing history, the tracking is good but only tracks 8 to 9 minutes apart, other than that it's a great app to have ...

I have renewed the license on assurance that all previous issues of installing reinstalling and uploading of recorded data has been fixed. However I have installed the mobistealth app on the same device and there is issues of installation firstly it gives error and stops working everytime I have to check the target device if the data controller is working or no and it give a message error app has malfunctioned and not working. All antivirus and optimzer google security have been disabled but still the same issue. Your team is not availble for support on Saturday and sundays. It is. Support is absolutely pathetic they have same listed response check antivirus optimzer internet on the target device restart the devise etc which clearly indicates the bugs and issues with SW.
I have purchased the app since 2 days now and not able to use monitor anything your support is available only on Monday.
Incase you feel that your app has issues than please refund the my money. Waiting for your reply ASAP.

Scam!! The app does not let you monitor the phone you install it on. It's 100% detectable so the person knows it's on their phone. It stopped working after 2 days. I've been trying to get a refund for 4 months now and I get the same email back saying I will get a refund and it's been 4 months I've been chasing them I still havent received my money. It seems they have blocked my emails.

Great experience. Mobistealth is the best smartphone surveillance software to check every element of phone activity from social media sharing to surrounding audio. This software takes just few minutes to set up and is very simple to use. I would highly recommend it.

This company there are a scammer there is no refund and so whatever i purchased the 12 months pro-x, and the app they had it's so outdated, and will not disappear as they claim flas and misleading advertising, waste of money and time.
