Absolutely horrendous company to deal…
Absolutely horrendous company to deal with, more than happy to take your money but far from happy to help or even respond to calls or emails. Always passing the blame onto other companies. Won’t name my case handler yet but if this doesn’t get resolved soon I will have no choice. My case has been going on for over a year now !! Absolutely shocking service. Case handler does nothing but lie to myself and the other parties involved !! AVOID
Extending lease
Called September to extend my lease for 4 months as had not got a build date for new car. Wal told yes that fine. APPARENTLY they emailed some paperwork over to me but never received them. Called again to extend for a further month. Again told yes no problem but you will need to pay the balance that we have not taken for payments. So for 4 months I have not paid for the car. Received no email/letter/phone call informing me. Was told that as I had not filled in original forms my lease was never extended. Not sure who works in their finance department but they need sacking
Don’t do it rent a car
Looks all good, but when you want to return the car, some cars are parked at the return location, and they tell you to find a “free parking location near 500m” to leave the car. I rented it, in the heart of the center of nice… there are NO free parking place there. And you are responsible . It took me 40 mins to drive around to finally find a place …. Ridiculous. Must cheaper to rent a car for the day and no surprise . Will never use again.

Don’t answer e mails or respond to letters. Can’t answer simple questions but go off at tangent to entrap Don’t ever buy a Renault or Nissan or Dacia with a battery lease with these people involved. They make the vehicle unsaleable
Avoid
Having had a car hire contract with Mobilize (previously RCI) Financial services for 2 years which was fairly straightforward, since attempting to sell the vehicle and end my contract early, the true depth of incompetence of this firm has been laid bare.
Trying to get hold of the right info with the right person is impossible and they constantly ask you for the same info over and over again.
Every time I speak to a member of their Customer services team, the info I am given changes. Often completely contradicting whatever I was last told.
After weeks and weeks of trying to understand what should be a common and repeatable process, my conclusion is they lack any collective understanding of what should be happening.
I have been left frustrated, out of pocket and with my time wasted for over a month.
Would highly, highly avoid.
Clowns
Finance paid in full, cannot and will not provide a receipt for the payment so I can part exchange, have to wait 10 working days for a letter to come through, I beg you… use a different finance company, one that can organise a pi** up in a brewery
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. We had a lease with them and after I sold my car and the paperwork has been sent of in the following couple of weeks. They took 4 month to process the sale and they harassed me every week for payment. I accidentally paid them for a month after I sold my car and they don’t want to give me a refund as they said I’m responsible for the lease until it is on my name. They also ruined my credit history. Stay as far from them as possible
The company is absolutely diabolical
The company is absolutely diabolical ! I sold my car over 15 months ago did all the correct paperwork and am still getting default notices. Reading the other reviews the same things are happening to others. I'm now at my wits end as this will have an impact on my credit rating. Avoid this company at all costs.
What a nightmare! keep away
What a nightmare!! I have never experienced anything like this in my life!!
they are the most difficult people to deal with and they are extremely disorganised. if you email them forget about getting any reply except the auto-reply. that's all you get!! they are very fast to register anything against your name with all the credit agencies and no matter what you do to explain they make sure to punish you to the end. They are reluctant to apologise when they find out they have made mistakes.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I am trying to get a battery lease transferred. No-one answers email, just automated replies with no follow up. Still waiting after sending over 25 emails
The WORST company to deal with ever
The WORST company to deal with ever. We sold our Renault Zoe over a year ago to a private buyer and have been trying to transfer the lease over to the new owner for a year. We have been paying £50 a month for over a year for a car we no longer own.
They NEVER reply to emails. When you phone you speak to one agent and they tell you it is all in hand and someone will phone you back ( they never do). Then when you phone back, the next agent tells you a completely different story. I have phoned over 20 times since January and the story is never the same.
Their advice was to default on our payments and then they would inhibit the battery ( to force the new owner to complete the paperwork). This will now have a huge impact on our credit rating but we are no further forward. They tell us they have given the new owner 10 days notice to sort the paperwork or the battery will be inhibited. Then the next agent says they haven't let the new owner know. Then the next time you call they say the battery will be inhibited in 2 days and the relevant notice has been given. Then you phone again and they have no knowledge of the battery being inhibited. It is exhausting. Their incompetence know no bounds. They lie and they lie.
Their systems are truly baffling as one agent can access emails and then the next time you phone they have no knowledge of anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their customer service is 0% - the absolute worst.

Rubbish you have to phone up to get a settlement figure. Just give the option for a settlement figure on the account agreement page.
Also if we have to phone up then stop asking for a new deal on another Renault/Nissan/ Dacia car. Just a settlement figure. I hate being pushed around. Avoid mobilize financial.
Appalling customer service
This reflects the review I submitted for RCI Financial, the name of the company before it rebranded as Mobilize.
It has now been over 4 months since I sold a Renault Zoe EV to a dealer as part exchange. The battery lease has still not been transferred and I am still paying monthly almost £50 for a vehicle I no longer own. I make several calls and emails to Mobilize; they have recently advised that data was missing from the buyer's paperwork, but they made no effort to contact the dealer and resolve it.
Any emails sent to Mobilize do not receive a reply for a very long time.
