I would highly recommend this company. The professional approach from initial enquiry to dismantling and collecting when the stair lift was no longer needed was second to none. This company made sure that they listened to my requirements and installed a stair lift that was exactly what was needed. The care and attention to detail was excellent, as was any cominication. No pushy salesperson, just honest hardworking people. Thank you.

It was only 1 week form the first call to installation which could not of gone any better. The fitter was very professional and polite and very clear instructions. I would recommend without question

I contacted Mobility first after a recommendation from a customer, they had been extremely pleased with the service from this company. I messaged them for an idea of costing, Ricky came back to me quickly and we went ahead with the fitting. The stair lift was fitted by Damian Roche, who turned up on time, was polite and professional and tidied up after himself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Stairlift had a breakdown on a Sunday morning. Contacted Mobility First who informed us that an engineer would be with us that afternoon despite a three hour journey for him to get here. The engineer arrrived exactly on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and courteous and solved the fault very quickly. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

What a fantastic company to work with. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the beginning right to the end. Communication was absolutely excellent, the service the engineer carried out installing the stairlift was excellent and my parents and I are couldn’t be more pleased. If you need a stairlift, these are definitely the people to contact. Mike was so upfront and honest about the cost and process, and Damien who fitted the stairlift was extremely polite and explained things clearly from start to finish.

Our need for a stairlift changed very quickly and became more urgent than we first thought. They pulled out all the stops to get it fitted within a matter of days for us. They are a highly compassionate and caring team.

The service I received from Mobility 1st has been exemplary. From a phone call on a Friday, quote by 9am on Monday and installation on Thursday, they could not be faulted. My father had been taken into hospital unexpectedly and was likely to need the stair lift when he was released. Speed was therefore of the essence and rapid response from the Mobility 1st team took away so much stress from what was otherwise a very difficult few days. Thank you!

What a lovely group of people who work for Mobility 1st UK. I felt like I was getting a truly personal service and that everybody associated with the company took a great pride in their work. The office staff, I spoke with, Liam, Ricky and Tim if my memory serves me well, were marvelous and it's clear they 'know their stuff'....Lee Priest who was very helpful and friendly, measured up very thoroughly and explained his thinking behind the type of chair he thought would be suitable for my parents, having asked what particular disabilities they have in order to make the best choice for them. Not naming other companies, but their measuring up was much more basic, and no questions about the intended users were asked. Damien Roche fitted the stair lift and he was marvelous. I had phoned ahead of the day to warn that some furniture would be arriving at some point during the fitting and he was happy to clear the way and let the removal men go back and forth which must have taken at least 40 minutes out of his day, but he certainly didn't let me feel like it was any inconvenience. He didn't leave until he was sure we were happy with the chair and knew how to use it. I would thoroughly recommend Mobility 1st Ltd. They are a very friendly company who get the job done at a first rate. Thank you, Mobility 1st.

I liaised between my good friends and Mobility 1st.
They needed a hassle free service due to health issues.
from first point of contact with mobility 1st the process was simple, explained well and accurate to the point.
Damien the fitter arrived on time, again clean and professional and very polite. The installation went smoothly he cleaned up after cutting rail and fitting it.
Although the stairlift was purchased as reconditioned ,both the rail and chair were treated like new and looked like new. He took his time to explain the safe operation of the chair to my friends and I've now left them very happy, and confident enough to use the stairlift safely.
So would i recommend them ?? YES

They are excellent at installing stairlifts, they're fast & efficient.
I also had a problem on a Sunday morning, after a phone call, they came at 1pm & it was fixed within the hour.

Excellent service. Both Mike and Damian were friendly and efficient. Damian installed the stairlift speedily and with the minimum of disruption. Very pleased with the product.

Great company! I was having difficulty finding a cpap mask that fits. Hailey is wonderful. She is knowledgeable and so helpful. She takes her time to make sure you get just the right mask. I will buy from this company again.
