I ordered the expandable Konsol table that I have been thinking about for quite some time. At first I was very disappointed because the support leg did not fit properly , the angles were wrong. I got in touch with the support and got an answer very quickly and soon a solution was found. I received a new support leg within days. Now I can enjoy the perfect table for our terrace.

Excellent Value
Bought an extending table, coffee table and low sideboard from this company. Service was fantastic, everything arrived within a few days, we found the instructions reasonably easy to follow and we love the products. The extending table looks great and we have had so many compliments. There was an issue with the coffee table top being slightly damaged but I emailed with some photos and Elizabetta arranged a replacement which came in a few days!
Would definitely buy again from this company 😊

Great designs and value but be cautious…
Great designs and value but be cautious as the assembly instructions aren't always very clear which can make for a frustrating experience. I bought a wall mounted console which had a unique fixing mechanism, I contacted customer service and they thoroughly investigated the situation, then sent me some replacement fixtures. Unfortunately this didn't resolve the issue of the console not levelling or sitting flush to the wall. I got some money back and basically found workarounds for the console myself. I did buy some cabinets as well later and they are VERY nice, but again the wall fixings were not suitable. I didn't contact customer service about this but again just got some better plugs/screws myself. So just be cautious on anything you buy from here that needs to be wall hung!! But overall, good responsive customer service, good quality for the price and great looking furniture.

We're sorry to hear that the assembly of the wall-mounted console caused some frustration, despite our customer service team’s efforts to support you throughout the process—including sending replacement hardware and verifying the correct installation steps with you.
The console in question uses an adjustable hanging system that requires fine-tuning via a hidden screw to ensure proper levelling and flush installation. We understand that this type of mechanism may not be immediately intuitive, and we’re always here to guide our customers through it.
You also mentioned having similar wall-mounting issues with other products purchased later. However, in our system we can only find one additional order registered under your name, which includes two floor-standing bookcases. These do not require wall mounting in the same way as the console, but only include a simple anti-tip safety strap, which is different and much simpler than the console’s wall-fixing mechanism. For this reason, we’re not entirely sure what kind of problem you encountered in this case, and we’d appreciate it if you could contact us directly so we can better understand and assist you.
We’re grateful for your honest review and happy to hear that, overall, you found the furniture to offer good value and aesthetics. We're constantly working to improve our instructions and support, and your feedback is truly valuable in helping us do so.
Great Design, Decent Quality — but Terrible Assembly Instructions and Missing Practical Features
We ordered six items from MOBILI FIVER: the Emma dining table, Romina TV table, Emma sideboard, a coat rack, a mirror, and the Rachel wall coat rack. Overall, we’re happy with the aesthetics — the design is modern and minimal, really lovely in our space. Quality-wise, it’s decent for the price — better than IKEA, but not premium.
The main problem was with the Romina TV table (which also works as a low sideboard). The assembly manual was a nightmare — unclear, confusing, and poorly structured. What should have taken one hour ended up taking over five hours, and even then, we didn’t get it perfectly right. I’ll need to go back and fix some parts. A video tutorial would have helped a lot, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one.
Also, as we’re using the Romina as a TV table, it’s surprising (and disappointing) that there are no holes for cable management. Even if it’s designed as a sideboard, if it's marketed as a TV stand too, this should really be considered — or at least offered as an option.
Bottom line: beautiful pieces, reasonable quality, but a frustrating assembly experience and some missing functionality.
Also the orders we received in different parts and days, which I assume is not Mobili Fiver’s problem, but maybe they should consider a new courier partner.

Regarding the absence of cable grommets, we completely understand your point. The Romina unit is designed to function both as a sideboard and a TV stand, but – as stated on our website – it does not include cable grommets. That said, we will pass your suggestion along to our design and product development team for future improvements.
Lastly, we’re sorry for the partial delivery of your order. As noted on our website and in the order confirmation email, this can occasionally happen when using express third-party couriers. We do, however, understand the inconvenience this may have caused and truly value your feedback as we strive to improve the overall shopping experience.

Overall good experience
I was worried at first buying something so big from abroad. I bought an extendable table which seats 10 people. I read the reviews and took the chance with Mobili Fiver and I have to say they have been great, they kept me informed of where the table was and when it would be delivered. The table actually turned up 3 days earlier than expected which was great. The table was securely wrapped and packed in cardboard. The table was very easy to put together and looks great.

Quality service
I ordered an extending table. One of the parts wasn’t correct when I came to assemble it. I contacted the support team who were excellent and sent pictures of the item to them. The New part was dispatched within 24hrs and arrived exactly a week later. Cannot fault the service. The table was a great choice

Assembly issues with extendable console table
I purchased an extendable console table. It came well packed. I am experienced at assembling furniture. My rating is 3 instead of 5 for the assembly process. To set the legs into the top while the top panels are on the floor was extremely difficult. Part of this is the product is heavy. Additionally the holes for the cam bolts were not drilled deep enough. This made it very difficult to set. Honestly I had to disassemble part of it to get the legs mounted. A better assembly process so you can put the top panels upright would have made a huge difference. As instructed you have to be on the floor to line up. I had issues with the cam bolts not being set deep enough made the process very hard. I ultimately got it together. I would have given it 5 stars if the assembly process was better or I would have been happy to pay more to have it assembled.
I am updating my review as I have been contacted by the company about my concerns. They listened and seem to take seriously my issue and plan to follow-up with manufacturing. It was a very small issue that made assembly a challenge for me. I also suggested some tips during assembly that would have helped. The table is very well made and sturdy. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the company and would order from them in the future.

I got half a table
I ordered a table in October. The table top was lost in transit. I've been waiting for a replacement for over a month. I've been assured of delivery for days now. I've tracked it, chased it, called around and been promised delivery will be today, every day, for the last three days. I've lost faith in this company ever fulfilling my order.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company - they are Italian but very attentive, polite when answering emails (about euros etc). The table came yesterday ....it is small enough for 2 and big enough for 12 due to absolutely expert design, beautiful craftsmanship and easy (for my son!) instructions. Easy, Extendable Console Table and 8 Emma chairs.
We bought this extendable table to cope with large numbers at family dining, seats 12, there's only the two of us normally so the compact design is perfect as it packs down for day to day use. The furniture is a great design, very well built and looks fabulous. All the items, 5 containers, were delivered with care, on time, well packed and the assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. Highly recommended, a great addition to our home.
