Absolutely amazing
Writing this late. Was a bit unsure about ordering at first as product was to be shipped from Italy.. but wow amazed from start to finish..easy to order, arrived exactly in the specified timescale. The packaging was impressive to say the least so absolutely zero damage from transport.. Table looks amazing, the extendable mechanism is fantastic.. absolutely didn't not disappoint and makes my dining room looks lovely ..would highly recommend and would definitely order from here again in the future

This review is for the location in Hobart IN. Marcus is fantastic. I have purchased many items from this company and they have all been wonderful. Marcus answers the phone when you call and is always able to help even the craziest request. I feel that I have put him through the wringer with having multiple unique questions and he always answers my calls cheerfully. Ive never experience a company with such amazing customer service and fantastic quality items! We have dealt with returned (personal changes),over the phone purchases, and website purchases with top quality customer service. I will continuously purchase from this company 1st because of their Stella CS (Marcus looking at you here) 2nd because they have great products, and 3rd because of the affordability and fast shipping.

Very helpful and professional customer service
I am very grateful for the urgency of the customer service to help me after my order was mishandled by the courier. Very nice, polite and sending me updates everyday. They handle it quick and they managed the situation very well to get me a replacement. The product is really good quality, I love the colour of the shelves and they are easy to install! Totally recommend!

Relieved and happy
Like other reviews i was sceptical using a new company and one from overseas with potential customs charges. Their FaQs clearly state they will pay for any potential charges so we ordered and it got delivered just after xmas (slightly delayed) and we love it. Packaged very well and product perfect ( Evolution Desk 180x40, Ashwood Black with One Leg) couldn't find a table with our measurements at all from the UK so glad to have this now

Waited to post a review even though had many message immediately after purchase to review. I understand now why as the sides of my Emma dining table started peeling off after three months and one of the legs came off after 6. Whilst the price was low enough to not expect premium quality it was still high enough to expect to last longer than a few months. I was worried about using a new brand being delivered from overseas. The purchase process was good and had no issues with delivery time and method and the table itself looks good, just poor quality.

Poor customer service
Ordered table 2 months ago, only one of the three packages was delivered a day late, absolutely pointless, now have a massive box, no where to store, can't build, no date for other packages, and required for Christmas, shockingly poor customer service , DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

We are sorry that your experience with us did not go as you hoped.
We anticipate on our website and in the shipping confirmation we send to our customers when the order is dispatched ,that partial deliveries may occur. We understand the inconvenience this may entail: we always ship all items together, but they may be separated during transit, depending on organisational arrangements of the courier over which we unfortunately have no control. In addition, customs checks can delay delivery, as in your case for the package you received.
You contacted us a few days before the holidays and, despite the fact that we foresaw the lack of responsiveness of couriers during that period, we immediately made an effort to contact the courier company and get news of your order. As we did not receive any feedback from them, we promptly offered to organise a pick-up of the package received just after the Christmas holidays, which was postponed to 02/01 according to your needs, and informed you of the refund details.
As per our terms and conditions of sale, it is not possible for us to issue an immediate refund, as we need to make the appropriate administrative checks. Therefore, we reserve the right to issue refunds within 5 working days, using the same payment method as the order. In the meantime, we have asked the courier to return the two packages still in transit, which you finally decided to accept, along with a business gesture to apologise for the wait.
Emma extending Table …
I do not usually leave reviews but we are so pleased we ordered from this company. They are very efficient, our table was delivered on time and extremely well packaged. It took us a couple of hours to assemble but
we love our extending Emma table.
Can't recommend enough. Thank you.

I bought some bedside tables from mobili fiver in February. They are good quality but weren't appropriate for the room I purchased them for. They are brand new in their original packaging. I made contact in August to arrange a refund. The first 2 people I spoke to from customer services agreed and started the process, I would pay the return delivery fee. They later said they wouldn't accept a refund because over 6 months had passed. They continue to sell this product at full price on their website. It would be of little consequence for them to accept a refund. The cost to me as a consumer is much greater. With customer service like this I won't buy from them again.
After this review I was contacted and a refund arranged, thank you for good customer service in the end.

Great Furniture, Great Company
We ordered a table from Mobili Fiver. I made a mistake myself when asking for a delay on the despatch date and had to contact customer services. They were swift and efficient in their responses.
The table itself is incredible - the design, the style and the quality is superior. You can REALLY tell the difference between the product vs the ones that are made in China.
Would highly recommend this company!
