Good experience overall
I have sold 2 items in a month. Overall I am quite happy with their service. The online sell order was really easy to follow. I chose to drop off the items in person, the whole process was quick and smooth. Got confirmation for receiving the item on the spot. And confirmation for the price also came through within a couple of days. Only when it got to the payment stage. I had to chase it up both times since the payment failed to arrive within the promised timeframe. At the same time, I want to thank Meggia from customer support team, who replied my email promptly and followed up my problem immediately. I got the funds into my account on the same day I chased up for both times. So I still give a five star review. Hopefully they can do a better job when sending the money to customers.
