Great care. Highly recommend!
I have been receiving care through Mobidoc for 5 months and it’s been wonderful. Convenient appointment times and friendly, knowledgeable doctors. I mainly see Dr. Chrysoula and she is wonderful. I have also see other doctors for colds and they have been great. I had a scheduling issue once and the customer service was fast and addressed my issue. Highly recommend and glad I found mobidoc.

No customer service at all. And no prescription antibiotics
Very good until the point of collecting the prescription at the pharmacy which you the patient have to email to them. Here in Spain, Benidorm, 7 different pharmacies refused to issue the drugs as they required paper prescriptions.
I contacted the doctor and was told to contact the chat helpline. 6 hours later they have replied and started sending me government documents saying the pharmacy was incorrect tried that and still no help what so ever . I even provided the main pharmacy email address but nothing. Now they seem to be blaming me.....
Then I read the consultation notes and the doctor dated is 1 January 1970. Gave requested a refund but now answer to that so far we will see ......be careful out there when paying upfront fees

Im very sorry to hear that you had issues with the prescription.
We only tried to assist you in getting the medication, and showing the document to the pharmacist would have cleared the pharmacist of any doubt regarding the prescription.
A refund was already agreed on and sent during the support chat and a receipt was sent to your email.
Agian, we are very sorry that you had issues with the prescription a refund has been sent.
We will anyway contact the pharmacy tomorrow during office hours and make sure that you get the medication

Taking advantage of people
I contacted customer service 3 times for a refund. There was an appointment that did not take place, but they got the money and now refuse to give it back. They just DON'T respond. It is insane that not only they take advantage of people that are unwell, but they don't even answer their emails to customer service!
Update: I have used the support chat twice already, to no follow-up. I have also emailed to help email on November 20th, and there was no answer.

I was amazed at the service I received
I was amazed at the service I received. It was prompt, professional and the doctor spoke English and even understood my Irish accent!. The online system is intuitive and easy even for someone of my age who is not an expert on the internet. The ability to use my mobile phone for video chat was amazing.
I would add I have been using this service for a year while I travelled around mainland Europe.
I have had one problem to deal with and that was the Spanish bureaucracy, but I got onto the MOBIDOCTOR CHAT... and of course it was sorted out immediately.
One last thing I can speak to a doctor at a time and date of my choosing. Pick up a prescription by email before the consultation is over. I can't do that with my own doctor!

I had a very bad case of food…
I had a very bad case of food poisoning. After 3 days I knew I needed help. It was easy to make an appointment and took maybe 5 minutes. The doctor was connecting from Greece. She spoke clear and fluent english. I described my symptoms, she prescribed my antibiotics and in minutes it was done. And to top it off the price was a fraction of what I would have paid in the US.

Customer support won't reply emails
Customer support won't reply emails. Chat is useless. Its seens to be very hard to get an answer how up front paid consultations can be used. Seems shady. Good customer care is that you inform that you have received the message and try to get back as soon as possible.
First consultation was ok,brief but ok. I sent my blood work.I don't know if doctor reviewed them at all.
2 stars because the consultation is almost 3 times cheaper as in private sector here
