Despite some technical issues with connecting to the doctor, the customer service was helpful and I ended up getting the prescription I needed. If you do not manage to get through due to connection issues, they will still be able to write you after. I love this system, and will definetely be using it to get my prescription from now on.

It's a con. They only do online consultation. The "Doctor's" mic wasn't working and then call ended. 49 Euros. I received a message saying that he'd spoken to me at length about my arm and prescribed all the necessary treatment. We never even spoke!
Update: since writing the review, I have been email spammed by the company daily asking me to remove it. They're also refusing to delete my information.

I booked a teleconsultation on Mobidoctor at the advertised price of €39.
However, €172 was charged to my card, without clear information or explicit consent for this higher amount.
Initially, email exchanges did take place with your service and the medical consultation itself was satisfactory.
However, since 22/12/25, despite around six follow-up emails, I have received no response at all.
My messages were sent to the contact email addresses listed on your website, namely:

– help@mobidoctor
I would like to stress that I did not want to end up posting a negative review. I made several attempts to resolve this matter amicably, but faced with this complete lack of response and what now appears to be a deliberate “ostrich policy”, I unfortunately have no other option.
This is all the more disappointing as the medical service itself was good.
At this stage, a formal notice and a bank chargeback procedure for a non-conforming charge are underway.
I am posting this review solely in the hope of finally obtaining a response and a refund of the overcharged amount.
This review will naturally be updated once the issue is resolved.

À ce stade, une mise en demeure ainsi qu’une contestation bancaire pour paiement non conforme sont engagées.
Je publie cet avis uniquement dans l’espoir d’obtenir enfin une réponse et le remboursement du trop-perçu.

Unfortunately I need to update my review, the 2nd doctor I recently got was not nearly as good as the first one. And I am now suffering due to a medication the doctor forgot to make prescription for and I think today is the 3rd day and still not any response from her and Mobidoctor support hasn't helped. If my Dr is not available, I will use some other provider in the future than Mobidoctor ;(
before my 4th appointment, when the 3 prior were with a different Dr.:
I ran into a problem trying to fill the prescription in Budapest but turns out it is Hungarian pharmacies not following the law, not Mobidoctor's fault. But even though not their fault they quickly addressed the problem and told me one pharmacy that does follow EU law. Since then, Mobidoctor has been excellent, way better than all my experiences with Drs in USA! Granted I have only used on Mobi Dr, but all 3 appointments she has been so great simply follows the science, logic and common sense rather than the usual malpractice in USA. I wish Mobidoctor was available in USA better than any options I can find in USA!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a consultation I had today with Dr. L***** and to request a full refund of my consultation fee.
During the session, the practitioner provided verifiable false medical misinformation and exhibited a demeanor that was unprofessional, condescending, and hostile.
1. Provision of False Information regarding EU/French Regulations The practitioner explicitly stated that it is "impossible for any patient with chronic medication in Europe to get a prescription for longer than 3 months." This is factually incorrect. According to the French National Health Insurance (Ameli) and the French Public Health Code (Code de la santé publique), oral contraceptives can be prescribed for a duration of up to 12 months.
Reference: “La durée de la prescription est de 12 mois maximum.” (Official source: Ameli.fr - Contraception Hormonale).
By providing false information about local regulations, the practitioner obstructed my access to necessary healthcare and continuity of care.
2. Professional Misconduct and Hostile Demeanor Rather than engaging in a professional, evidence-based discussion, the doctor was abrupt and dismissive. When I questioned the 3-month limit, she used sarcastic and disparaging language regarding my previous care in North America, telling me to "adapt" to her incorrect interpretation of European law. This behavior is a breach of the professional standard of care and the patient-doctor relationship.
3. Health Status Ignored Despite providing an optimal blood pressure reading of 113/75 and a healthy BMI (62.6 kg), which qualify me as a low-risk patient for a standard 12-month renewal of my stable medication (Drovelis), the doctor chose to use scare tactics and misinformation rather than clinical judgment.
On top of being over 15 mins late to the appointment with no notification, the doctor also disparaged other medical professionals "Please adapt to your new home Europe. We do not give medications and forget about patients like in Canada and the US."

While Mobidoctor is very convenient overall, the prepaid visit system hasn’t worked well for me. I’ve had to contact customer service several times to resolve issues, which at times was frustrating. If they can fix that problem then the service would be perfect. Until then, going forward, I’ll be paying per visit instead.

Customer service really rude - dismissive and combative. I had a fine consultation with a doctor but having spoken to the customer support it was extremely off putting and rude. I wanted to delete my account but was told that "obviously" that wasn't possible, which is fine but was expressed very offputtingly. No issue at all with the answer to my request, as I didn't know that was the case, but the way it was delivered to me was really rude and my ensuing conversation and the legal threats I've received has been such an overreaction. Wouldn't recommend having to deal with them as it was an unpleasant experience. They also reported this review as defamatory (it is not). They have now told me I will be hearing from their legal team, and my statement will be proven false in court. Would recommend not using this service unless you want to be threatened with legal action for finding their poor customer service rude!
EDIT: I have seen the response and would like to clarify it was not the answer I had a problem with, but the way it was given, which I felt was rude as they told me "Obviously" they can't do that. I hope we can put this to bed now as it's a little embarrassing for a company to spend this much time fighting someone who had a negative experience with their customer service team.
EDIT AGAIN: Thank you for your response. I would very much like you to have an internal review - not just of the customer service you offer, but the way you treat customers who complain about that service. I am fascinated at the changed tone of this reply considering you are the same person who emailed to threaten me with legal action earlier this year, but welcome the sudden change nonetheless. But if you would like to review your actions and the way you treat customers, I think this is long overdue.

I needed a prescription because I was on holiday so consult was perfect it was 15 seconds long - but then i waited 25 minutes to receive the document - while sitting in the pharmacy - when I questioned the time frame through the chatline and said that €39 was expensive to have to wait that long - I was told abruptly that I should expect this as in my own country it would cost €300 ( not the case ) a 15 second consult might cost €60 with a prescription at the end within a 2 minute time frame - purpose of review is 1. improve your process 2. as the owner of the company don’t question my complaint just apologise and say “im on it”
