The chair arrived without assembly instructions and no bolts to assemble it with!
Attaching padded seat to the plastic frame was difficult but the rest was easy.

You had full communication with myself to deal with this issue which has been sorted, we sorry you didn't like any of our other chairs resigns.
I can confirm we have followed the correct procedures when offering you a refund, the money was refunded to you within the Government 14 days window.

These chairs were a phenomenal price
These chairs were a phenomenal price, the cheapest I had found. I ordered them and they were delivered within 2 days. One of the sets of chair legs didn’t fit and so I contacted them, speedy response and sent the replacement legs the day after. Very impressed, definitely recommend!

Terrible!!!
Ordered and paid for 4 chairs, only 2 arrived. When I rang they said I had received the last 2 and they were not getting any more in! So annoyed! had to return the chairs and find the same ones from another company which where more expensive! Really not happy! And the manager I spoke to was so unbothered about the situation! Didn't seem to care at all! Will never use this company again!

Chair legs are covered in plastic under the fastenings so have to unscrew everything to take the cheap tack off
