Have had 4 luggage tags over the last year. Really pleased, there was a spelling error on one recently. Contacted them and they sent another one along with a lanyard. Also apologised immediately and rectified.

I ordered two personalised luggage labels and they arrived in a couple of days. I then ordered two more for a friend and again they arrived in a few days. The quality is excellent and wish I could give them a higher rating than 5. Splendid service!!
