The products came at the agreed time, it is beautiful and exactly as described.

Exceeding expectations.

I ordered 8 chairs from you on January 30 and I still haven’t received them. I’m in contact with your customer service and they keep telling me that they’re coming soon. Obviously they’re just being nice and can’t really help me. This is ridiculous. First and last time I try to buy something from you.

I strongly recommend anyone wanting to use MJUK to find another place to shop from!

The estimated delivery was 5-15 days. It has now been 50 days.

The delivery worked very well. The product was as described and the staff members were very polite and helpful.
Only that they did not assemble the product and take the packaging with them was not so good. Specially if you are living alone and if you are older than 50 years.

Process was smooth but the items were in much poorer condition than what the description implied. A bit of a shame... and a bad surprise given the discount vs. new isn't that significant.

Quick and friendly delivery of a quality table in great condition.

The furniture did not arrive for nearly one month after the order was place (we can't be more than 45 minutes from the warehouse). I had to contact the store to see why I had no word. Still it was another two weeks before the delivery arrived.

The shipper they chose was not friendly or easy to deal with. Though I had paid Mjuk 624 kr. for delivery, the delivery men refused to carry the couch inside. It was beginning to rain. I was told I would have to pay them an additional 1500 kr. for them to carry the couch the about ten meters it would require them to move it (that was more than the value of the couch). I will never use this company again, nor the shipper called Sun-Com Logistics.

When ordering I just received one email saying that soon I would receive another email with the shipping information. I didn't received any email for more than 2 weeks, and only when I send an email asking what happened is that they told me that due to the order being from Sweden it would take a while. It would be better to receive that information beforehand. The table was good, but the chair had a few missing screws that could have been checked by Mjuk and easily fixed.

We're in Love with MJUK. Everything about the experience was amazing, service and delivery are five star!!!!!
Our son was moving from New York to Helsinki to study at Aalto University. We wanted to be sustainable and buy only used furniture.
So glad we found MJUK. We kept coming back for more and more. Placed 3 orders and bought 12 items!
PS the delivery guys what above and beyond.
