Got the wrong lamp delivered
Got the wrong lamp delivered, we payed the price for a bigger lamp and got a smaller version. Hopefully it will be sorted out. And I will be happy.

A tiny bit slow but great !

Delivery costs are outrageous!
I haven’t ordered anything from this store yet because the delivery costs are outrageous. The delivery fee is almost always the same as the price of the furniture.

BEWARE: they are not super honest in their advertisements
BEWARE: super sketchy company, and many details missing from their advertisements. While they respond promptly to communications, they are not clear, untruthful and lie to you.
I purchased a sofa, and while it was in great condition like they stated, they did not delivery the brackets to attach the 2 pieces of the sofa together. When inquiring about the missing parts, they said they would send them to me, then, I received some random after-market parts that do not fit. They are basically washing their hands of the situation and saying they sent some parts and that it's up to me to figure out now, drill holes in the furniture that should not be there. I feel like I've been scammed and I'm extremely disappointed.
SHAME ON MJUK.

I dont care for quality when staff is amazing
Those transporting guys were amazing.
They were so kind and we really had a good time for as long as we were waiting my own transport to come and take my order.
Thank you for your email sended to me after you realized that i picked up my order bymyself after your Trailer had some problems.
Deffinitely whatever i am going to buy i will check at mjuk website at first.

I emailed customer service to return the items. Customer service was very professional and handle the case properly. 5 star for Roosa. And still 1 star for product and overall experience. Anyway 4 oveall.
