I ordered Prince Charming's jacket - Tedros - from the film ‘The School of Good and Evil’. For my wedding in September.
Instead of a light blue jacket, it came in dusky pink.
The jacket should theoretically have had silver shoulder tassels, silver embroidery and decorative edging and instead has brown hemp or raffia cords on the shoulders, the embroidery was in light brown / dusky pink to match the background, as were the trims.

Reality and actual delivery are so far from each other, even if one would accept the colour dusky pink, because the pictures from the film were in this light...

I bought the Dunking! jacket and pants and was very pleased with the quality. It was a thicker fabric than I expected and the designs are well made. The sizes are accurate, although the inseam is a little tight for me even though the waist is perfect. I did have a small issue with the lining of the pants and got a response from Adam immediately. He was able to help me out to my satisfaction. Glad I purchased from them and will do again.

Received my husband's jamie fraser jacket today and it is beautiful! Fit my husband perfectly and he is so extremely happy

I was a little worried about the experience because I have never ordered a custom clothing item (beyond school uniforms). ADAM was kind and spoke to me throughout the process to give me updates... the jackets actually came on the day they said it would. I was shocked and excited to have it before lunchtime, on the expected day.

I should have measured better and bought size XL. I wanted a bit smaller as I’m dieting and this jacket is my Goal size. It’s still going to take me ten months before it fits if I keep losing a kilogram per week.

Well I accidentally shipped the jacket I bought to the wrong address and it was a present for my nephew’s birthday. I sent an email and Adam responded with the nicest note and had already changed the shipping address to the correct one. Very thankful and thought Adam was extremely helpful and pleasant!

My issue was resolved quickly and fairly. The kind person who helped me named Ethan Bruce, was very responsive and efficient in getting my sizing mix-up sorted.

Ethan Bruce was responsive in a timely manner and explained where my order was in the process.
He understood my concerns and explained that my product was being made from scratch and it takes time to produce a quality jacket. The site does give notice of a turn around time and gave me an idea of the timeline.

The suit is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! David was a tremendous help, and I've added another great look to my Santa portrayal. Absolutely 5 stars.

I bought this for my partner (he's a Bond fan) and I have to say, he loves it. We are impressed with how well made it is (full lining, details all sown very nicely), came beautifully packaged and presented. Was 2 weeks late in arriving though (ordered from Australia), so order well ahead. Also recommend ordering to exact size you want (usually I order up a size), as sizing was also a tiny bit bigger on the finished jacket than indicated in the size guide (I ordered Small which should be 18" across the shoulders but it's closer to 19", and the sleeves are a little longer than the size guide). However, nothing too major. Overall a really nice jacket and am pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I ordered a jacket over a month ago. It was $99.00 dollars. Haven’t gotten it yet. I called customer service and finally got an answer, first thing the person said was “ it had been delivered by DHL. They said it was singed for. I told them this was not true. They then said they would call DHL. What a joke. After a month a month it’s still in processing. Lucky I paid with Apple Pay and got a refund. The company is NOW on the scam list. STAY AWAY. Don’t give them your money!!!
