Been using Mixtiles for about 8 years! Got some of the larger frames a year ago, and one fell off and broke the frame pretty bad. Mixtiles kindly replaced it for me at no cost so I could keep enjoying our photos.

Started my chat at 11pm, wasn’t expecting to be connected with someone at all until tomorrow. Within a couple minutes Graciela responded and helped me resolve my issues! Shipping caused some damage to some of my photos, and she was happy to get replacements shipped out. So kind! Definitely the best customer service I’ve received!
