I love these pictures
I love these pictures. They have magnets so you can move them around. My 1st set I got was the silly animal ones, and they came out awesome! I just had some more pictures made. This time was my Granddaughters beautiful dance school pictures! They came out so beautiful!!! I love them! I honestly cant decide to keep them all or pass some out to family.

It's like fitting a traditonal portrait print into a square.
Not pleased at how the print was cropped and fit into the square frame. Too much of the lower detail was left out, and I think the reason is that was not a rectangular frame offered in a smaller size--thus I was constrained to select the square frame.

I paid $25 extra for rapid delivery and one of my tiles was missing a magnet. It’s been over a week since I reported this and I still do not have my magnet and unable to hang my prints.

Great picture! Poor adhesion, won’t stay up long!
My wife bought a large mixed tile portrait from our trip to Ireland of us for my birthday. Great picture! Love the ability to be able to stick it on the wall with a magnet. The portrait is very lightweight; however, after about a month, the picture fell off and crashed 10 feet below this morning (it is placed on a wall with an open stairwell and bottom floor). My wife thought something happened to me because it was so loud when it fell. There was no damage to the portrait or frame, fortunately. The portrait did get removed from the frame (it’s adhered with double sided tape). I reaffixed it to the frame. The site states one can stick this to any wall, but we have an orange peel texture. Said that one can remove the sticky part of the magnet and reapply claiming dust and dirt can get behind the portrait or picture. I don’t trust any type of adhesive except construction grade liquid nails or gorilla glue to adhere anything to a wall, especially with the humidity in a home in FL with the AC going on and off constantly. I emailed customer service about this issue and we were back-and-forth since my wife who was at work had been the one to place the order. They were very responsive at first. They wouldn’t proceed further with me until I had a code and they would only send it to her email. So they sent the code but the code expired after an hour. My wife was busy at work and she gave me the code later. They said that it had expired so they sent another code. I was very frustrated and said I needed to speak to a supervisor because this process was ridiculous. All I wanted was a new adhesive. After saying that, and then providing the code, the second one they issued, I have not heard back at all. I put an old style picture frame bracket on the back and put a nail in it and hung it back on the wall. I doubt it’ll come back off.

Great to Work With and Excellent Quality
The quality is excellent. Customer service went above and beyond to remedy a shipment issue that wasn’t their fault. Are one of the only affordable options out there to offer services with 100+ pages or more needed. Only drag is that you can’t customize the back cover or remove their logo. But overall, excellent and I will return again!
