Ordered an extension for my multitool and received it the following morning, carriage free, very happy thank you.

I have had this MITOX 281 for a few years. It has never worked to my satisfaction, never seems to function at full power, is very difficult to start, leaks fuel constantly and, as others describe, parts tend to fall off regularly. I would not buy another and would say that I would have saved time in the long run doing all the work manually.

I have used this machine for approx 2 hours when I noticed a burning smell. It turns out that the screws which hold the housing over the exhaust had come loose and as a result the plastic had started to melt. After having tightened the screws I left the machine to rest. It worked fine for about another hour and then it started to splutter. It has not returned to good working order. I bought this machine because a friend of mine has one and he lent his to me and it was fine but this one is a disappointment. Sorry I have nothing positive to say.

Used about 6 times engine won’t start parts fall off.

Bought the mitox 28mt 2020-2021 model for my gardening rounds as of using the sthil combi range as the throttle kept braking on the sthil, mitox is a little heavier but still manageable, so far its been working a treat, definitely made my money back from using it, only down side is hedge cutter doesnt fold completely down which is a pain for storage also doesnt come with as many attachments as the sthil range such as turf cutter etc.. but with all that in mind its still a fantastic product for the price! Ps. I would like to see mitox sell just the engine separately as to buying the whole equipment again.

Update. Arrived this week. Great piece of kit. Takes a bit of time to assemble say 40 minutes as the instructions are poor and be warned it is heavy. Splits effortlessly. Oil vent is hard to loosen but so far after a few hours it looks like a great buy.

Been waiting since September 2020 for a log splitter from China Mitox. Still no idea why it takes a year. Really poor service. Don't order Mitox.

Very quickly delivered. Easy to understand instructions. Hedge trimmer seems to work very well. Only had it a week, so to soon to say anymore.

Bought a 460uvx strimmer.....after using roughly 5 times over 6 weeks.....wont start no compression.....knackered.
No its not the fuel / oil or whatever i know what im doing. Waiting to see if ill get a refund.....
Update.....
Only fair to update , someone from mitox contacted me after the bad review. I got the strimmer into a workshop and they replaced the pistons etc under warranty. Since then i used the strimmer alot of the year without a single problem and its still going strong ....so deserved an update for sure

Excellent service, easy to order and first class delivery. Only sad that, had I known the product was made in China, I wouldn’t have bought it. Nothing wrong, so far, with product but I’m trying to buy elsewhere on ethical grounds.

I bought a Mitox leaf blower 3 weeks ago. It's heavier than the one I had DOLMAR.
I find it very noisy as a blower not exactly what says in the book not powerful blower I am not impressed.
