Had issues with mitox chainsaw which had issues starting sent it back to mitox few weeks later it was returned all good for good few years now. Thank you

Mitox multitool MT28a; in less than 12 months use the following have been replaced; fuel filler cap (leaking), the recoil (broke) and the attachment bracket for connecting the various tools snapped in half. The last 2 being due to cheap cast material that's clearly not up the job. My local repairer has seen numerous machines in the same reasons and, like me, doesn't think that these cheaply manufactured tools aren't up to the job. DONT BUY ONE! Mitox UK didn't seem at all interested in my comments !

I've bought the Mitox 26L sp strimmer less than 12 months old. Used it literally 8 times now won't start, kicks in briefly for 1 second then cuts off. I've had the muffler off for cleaning, air filter off for cleaning, changed the spark plug and still won't start. Looks like a good solid well built machine but useless..wouldn't buy mitox again

The product is OK but spare parts are no longer available. I have owned a 28MT Multi Tool for a while and it has been OK. The starter pawl failed and dealers are telling me that spare parts are no longer available for this brand. This means the machine is only fit for scrap.

Mitox lh28. Difficult to start, won’t tick over, need to rev flat out to get blades to work, Leaking petrol cap. Other than that it’s ok. Never again will I buy cheap sh#t . I’ll have to stick with Stihl and pay 3 times the money.

I don't think I can face my customers ever again after using this it takes 6 minites until the engine gets warm enough to work you use it at an angle it stops but the best bit is the wobbly tick over screw that falls out then you have to buy a new carburettor etc etc etc

Had my mitox multitool for 4 year now I’m very happy with it

Bought a 515 as a second saw have a older Husky 365 special for bigger stuff but really can’t fault the Mitox easy starter plenty power and zero faults so far always use 99 fuel and stay clear of e10 and drain fuel after every use

Bought a log splitter 66lsh after several hours use over 2 years it’s stopped working so I contacted Mitox who recommended the local dealership as it’s standard 3 year warranty? Unfortunately as I haven’t had the log splitter serviced annually (the paint is still on the splitting wedge) the warranty is void now I have a £350 piece of metal as it’s just over £200 to repair will not be buying another product from this company.

So far so good i had mitox hedgecutter that went 15years before getting new cogs and gaskets were impossible to get hold of so im hoping new machine will perform as well as old one

I have owned a Mitox 5250LRK PRO hedge trimmer for the last three years and it is a superb piece of kir. It starts easily and every time without difficulty, runs evenly and ploughs through the hawthorn, holly, privet and red cedar hedges surrounding my half acre garden. The cutter as a whole seems sound and reliable and the Kawasaki engine is sweet as a nut. Finally, while no long reach cutter will be a light burden, the Mitox is well balanced to make the task as easy as possible. After 2: seasons service,I am delighted with this machine..

Very impressed with there service, ordered a replacement part for my multi tool & it came the next day. Very good quality equipment too.

Phoned Mitox in regards to an issue im having on a Mitox Lsh 66 log splitter i recently bought still no reply i am begining to feel customer service is a waste of time in getting back to the customer.

Purchased a mitox mt28 multi tool about 6 years ago. Worked well to begin with then as time as gone by more and more problems have started happening. Fuel pipes going hard and snapping, carburetor needed replacing, lots of the smaller parts just drop off whilst in use.It has only had light usage. I really feel the quality is not great and would not recommend this brand

Purchased this blower 6 months ago brand new. Paid £400.00 for it. It’s had very little use. It was running fine, stopped it and refilled the fuel. Machine will no longer start. I have good experience in repairing 2 stroke machines having worked with them over the years. Ran thru the usual air filter spark plug. All ok so checked warranty and there it is!! 60 day warranty. That means they have ran their machine in tests and they know it will only run for 60 days. So it’s out of warranty. Used easy start to diagnose if fuel issue. Won’t start! Used spark testing kit to check electronic ignition. Won’t start. Removed exhaust muffler to check for any scoring on piston or rings. Looks fine! Used compression tool to check compression in the engine. Low compression. That’s why it won’t start! These machines are made of completely useless materials! Don’t waste your money with Mitox! They have no parts! Every part is unavailable! So I am now left with an almost new backpack blower for the bin. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MITOX!
