Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I bought a $300 jersey. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. They said it’s delivered but I never got the package! Get in touch with them & they said it’s nothing they can do about it. Shop for their jerseys at nba/nfl ect. stores. Never Mitchell and mess as a company sucks. They’re trash. I just like vintage jerseys. They treat there customers like we’re not the ones making them rich! Now I’m just short of $300 with no jersey & they don’t want to send me a refund or the jersey that I never got.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, they literally stole my money. I purchased a jersey for $100 from their site and paid $25 for 2-day delivery. The item never showed up. In the tracking for UPS it just shows the item with a status of "Delay". It has shown this status for more than a month now. I contacted Mitchell & Ness' customer service about 2 weeks after it wasn't delivered. I was ordering the item for a specific occasion and that is why I paid the extra $25 dollars for 2-day shipping. I explained all of this to them and requested a refund for having not received the product. They've done absolutely nothing to refund me or even offer to resend the item and refund my shipping. I've filed a complaint with the Bettet Business Bureau with hopes they can assist. If not, I am going to take them to small claims court to get my money back. Buyer beware - It's a darn shame, do not purchase anything from them.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from company. No respect, no decorum. Sent items for refund. I provided a tracking id from royal mail. Item was signed for. Never received my £60 refund. Never have I ever came across something like this before.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU LIVE OVERSEAS

The customer service and product quality are fked up. Recently i ordered 4 hats from them and one was faulty. I am living in Asia and when i asked them for a refund they told me to send it back, but i have to pay for the shipping myself. I was like wtf and lol, the shipping will be even higher than the refund that i would get. Send them pictures also, they did not really care. Don't ever order from them if you live in overseas.

Don’t waste your money on these jerseys.

These jerseys are garbage. I paid $100+ for one of their jerseys, just for the decals to peel off after the first wash- in gentle cycle. I would’ve expected that from a knockoff jersey, not from one I bought directly from the site.

I don't even want to give 1 star to…

I don't even want to give 1 star to this horrible online store. 0 customer service at all. I bought a Kobe Bryant jersey with extra charge for 2-day delivery. On the estimated arrival date, this item hadn't even been shipped. And the customer center tell me I have to wait for another couple of days without a clear timeline. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

False advertising at Mitchell & Ness

I wish I looked at Mitchell & Ness's reviews before I spent $300 on a Ted Williams throwback jersey.
It was advertised as 100% wool. And most of my clothing is wool. Merino wool shirts and underwear. Wool pants. Wool socks. I like wool. It breathes in the summer and insulates in the winter. And it lasts longer than cotton if you take care of it properly.
But after I spent $300 what arrived didn't quite feel right. It felt like a very low-grade wool. But I overlooked that in my excitement that I finally pulled the trigger on this very expensive shirt and that it fit. I took the tags off and hung it in my closet.
A few days later I was going to take it to the dry cleaner and I read the care instructions. Then I noticed it WASN'T 100% Wool. It was only 55% Wool, and 35% POLYESTER and 10% VISCOSE.
So Mitchell & Ness FALSELY ADVERTISED a garment as being 100% Wool when it was barely just over half wool, and almost HALF WOVEN GASOLINE.
I despise polyester. It is a product made from petroleum. It literally melts into peoples' skin when exposed to flame. It doesn't breathe so it smells like ass when it's worn in the heat.
Whereas wool is naturally antimicrobial, polyester is like wearing a petri dish.
So I emailed Mitchell & Ness and received a prompt apology. And Jerry said they updated the website with the correct information. But Jerry ignored what I said about making me whole. I said I would take an immediate refund of 45% of my $300 because I paid for 100% wool and only received 55% wool. Or they could immediately refund the entire amount including taxes and shipping as well as send a prepaid package for me to return it
Jerry instead only sent a link to for their normal return process. I wrote back to Jerry saying the normal return process was an inconvenience that I wasn't going to go through and that the tags were gone. I explained how that this wasn't a normal return because THEY FALSELY ADVERTISED their product and they shouldn't hold me to some standard when they didn't even follow the law.
And I reminded him that fixing their website was a LEGAL OBLIGATION that they had so that doesn't count as making things right with their customer.
I let them know if they didn't immediately do what I requested in the first email I'd leave a negative review. And I'd let Red Sox Nation and baseball fans know that instead of dealing with a company that lies about their products and uses low quality fabrics that they should go on MLB.com and purchase a Nike jersey that can be customized for half the price. Like a Red Sox jersey that has a #9 on the back.
If I'm going to be stuck wearing something made out of polyester I'd rather it be a better brand who's upfront about it being polyester and at half of the price.

And right before I wrote this review I saw that Mitchell & Ness are now owned by Fanatics.
So in addition to NEVER purchasing another Bitchell & Mess product, I'll never purchase anything again from Fanatics

Quality merch but non-existent customer service.

M&N quality is outstanding but just like everyone else has complained about... Customer service is non-existent. The phone number doesnt work and emails just recieve auto-replies detailing no information of value. Its ridiculously frustrating. I Accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same shorts from the website. I just want to return one or exchange a pair. Have yet to recieve a reply pertaining to obtain a return label or anything. They could at least acknowledge us. Ive been purchasing from them all year.

Non existent Customer Support

I ordered a Mitchell & Ness jersey and when I received it several patches were missing. They have no customer support line that you can call to help you for exchanges instead I had to send several emails which included pictures and details. After sending these emails I never heard back from them till almost a year later in which I was told that I didn’t send the jersey back within the time frame allowed. So now I’m stuck with a defected jersey that I paid $300+ for.

Mitchell & Ness has a status they don’t deserve. It’s a trash company with trash policies that doesn’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from their website.

Avoid at all costs. Hidden 100% fees.

Avoid at all costs. Huge hidden fees and horrible customer service.

I bought shorts and a shirt for $160 plus $25 shipping to Toronto. When it showed up at my door there was $160 in extra fees that needed to be paid. When I got the delivery company on the phone, they said if I refused delivery and returned the item, the fees would still need to be paid or would be sent immediately to collections.

I contacted customer service, which quickly replied and said I could just return the item. Guess they didn't even read my email. They also didn't make the way bill correct, as they declared the item was shipped from China though it was sent from California. This incurred more fees. I replied again, and again, but they don't reply and now I have to go through the charge back and fraud process with my credit card company.

If you buy something for $100 plus shipping, expect it to cost you $200 plus shipping because they don't know how to fill out a way bill and don't care about their customers.
