Worst company I have ever dealt with by far. Just full of lies go get your money off you & then when you demand a refund nearly 3 weeks later still nothing, purchased an Xbox series s lied about delivery dates on numerous occasions so wanted to cancel the order which it showing is has been. Now no one is responding to my emails/WhatsApp and I am £280 out of pocket and struggling for Christmas as is!!!! I want my refund!!!!!!!!! Eventually did get my refund
Previously i had put up a review calling this seller a thief and a scam. Since then I have removed that review as I have received a refund.
So I would probably guess that he is a legitimate seller and got screwed by Sonys distribution, like everyon else. Difference was he took payment upfront for stock he didn’t have. And with God knows how many orders, it was too much for him to handle, hence the awful communication and huge delays in refunds. All I would say, is persevere and keep persisting in continuous messaging on WhatsApp/email to demand your refund- or claim back via your credit card company.

Where is my refund? You keep saying it’s refunded and yet there is no money in my account.what exactly is the problem? You take money from our card no problem even though you had no clue what you were doing.how can such a small business not have gotten round to refunds and answering emails to customers waiting for there consoles..just how many people have you scammed?

That surely can't be right since it had ALREADY shipped? More over I ordered on 21st September and you said I'll be one of the first to receive my order as it was old.

Disappointed!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Paid over £400 in November on the promise of an X Box series X to be delivered before Christmas. Nothing has arrived.
