MR TECHNO SCAM!!!!!!! Mr Techno is a FAKE company he always SCAMS people ...money is taken and items never arrive he will antagonise you and give you false hope that the item is on its way or months later that he will refund but never does this is a way or playing the game to give you that glimmer of hope that you haven't been conned into losing hundreds or thousands !!! I'm contacting the authorities in Spain and reporting to Google we will get him shut down !!!!

Mistertecno is a scam organization . I repeat this company isn’t functional . I placed an order since first week of July 2021, I’m here in 15th February 2022 with same complaint, till now there’s been no delivery of my Television but excuses , nothing has ever changed,the last and funny one was that they’re on holiday for 2 weeks. Very poor company. I bought xbox series x from them 16 months ago. I received neither a purchase nor a refund. Do not trust them, they will deceive you too.

I am so disappointed as I haven’t yet received the promised refund for PS5 that was never delivered in the first place!😠 I placed an order for PS5 on 9th October 2020. (Order number: SPOQXEFMU) I waited for the product to be delivered and waited some more. Nothing arrived just received sporadic email replies to my inquiries with empty promises of a delivery meant to be done ‘soon’ from Mistertecno’s customer service. After getting extremely tired of waiting I asked for a refund. A refund was promised to me on 12th May 2021! Email said the following:

‘Dear Customer ,
Your order is canceled.
Unfortunately, we do not do instant refunds.
Once you cancel, you should get refunded in about 14 working days from
the cancellation date,
as per our terms and conditions.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever tried using, absolutely appalling customer service, I ordered a ps5 with this company and never received the item or a refund and they are ignoring all emails. Avoid this company at all costs you’d have more of a chance of seeing a unicorn than receiving anything from these scamming scumbags.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch last year. It never arrived and despite many emails, no refund has ever been received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. How are they still allowed to trade?!

Ordered a PS5 early last year and after multiple emails with no reply,and then WhatsApp chats, which they did reply to and said I will be sent a refund! The refund never came and I lost £350.00
How this company has not been shutdown legally is immoral.
Please nobody buy from here, all the good reviews are corrupted too from fake avatar's.
Fair play they have found a way to steal money by people handing it over in exchange for zero products, but come on some authority needs to shut these people down.

An order was placed for a PS5 in November 2020. This was never received.
After numerous emails we were told on September 7th 2021 that a refund would be made in 14 days. This has never been received and now my emails are not being answered.

My Order VOWBDAWRN done on 2020-10-13 for an amount of £353.55 via the MisterTechno platform has never been fulfilled or refunded!

I am doing a lot of work with legal reps about this company as I’m determined to get a resolution.
Please research them thoroughly before thinking about placing an order.
There are loads of people who are reporting similar situations to me.

I received confirmation that my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued on: 22/07/2021
We're now on the 1st Oct 2021, and I find you still haven't met your obligations.
This M.O. is similar to an attempted scam.

They keep having my reviews removed and I don’t know why trust pilot even allows them to. They are thief’s/scammers

I bought an xbox but had to cancel the order as I didn't receive the xbox and it was nearly a year of chasing for it hence why I cancelled. I sent numerous emails reference the refund but they have said they have refunded to my bank but they haven't, I have bank statements from the date they say it was refunded, I also spent a fortune ringing them as didnt realise they were based in Spain so have had to do through emails as the lady on the phone put the phone down on me! Still no refund from January this year...still waiting ...very upset as I saved for the present for my son but have not been able to sort anything as I'm still waiting on the refund!

This is my second review as this company is a disgrace. Somehow respond to people on here but no response to emails. No date confirming my refund and had my money for over 10months now!!

Ordered on the Thursday 19th November 2020 and was meant to be notified via email of the console being shipped on Monday 25th January 2021, since I did not receive confirmation of the console even after half way through February. No notification of shipment since Monday 25th January 2021 and asked for a refund on 22/03/2021 10:39. I emailed them 20/01/2021 for a refund if they have not shipped my order and as said in the policy it should take up to 14 working days, I still have not seen any record of £456.97 sent back in my account till this day.
You have ignored my emails after you have "processed my refund" and lied about giving me a refund in my email, you also put a 'refunded' status on my order history yet it is not present in my bank, you also don't even answer phone calls. I am a student I need my money back asap. I will be contacting a solicitor.

Update 02/09/2021:
Just got an email saying the following: "Dear Customer ,
we are sorry, but we are experiencing some problems and we are unable to process refunds.
We advise you to accept the voucher.
Apologies for the inconvenience
Customer service", I DO NOT want a voucher I precisely asked for MY MONEY the £456.97 you owe and faked to refund back, for what specific reason are you unable to refund me?

Nice attempt trying to flag my review on the 20/09/2021, now that it is verified you can't deny you are in the wrong and are a fraudulent company that is wasting not just my time and energy but everyone else you have scammed, the more you delay everyone their refund the worse it will get. If you sincerely apologise for the retardment in your service cut it out with the vouchers because that is not staying true to YOUR OWN terms and conditions, delaying a refund over a year and not answering calls will not make me want to purchase from you again, just send the refund in full like you so promised, it has been A YEAR if you can count this has been beyond 14 days.
