Avoid at all costs

Update 28/04/26** I am very much a verified an active player to avoid any confusion where the casino believes I’m a competitor**

Avoid at all costs. They recently changed their name to Mister Golden casino due to being blocked by regulators and a way to avoid being caught.

I’ve played recently and they’ve happily took my money instantly and the second I go to withdraw I’m having to wait 36 hours. The most you can withdraw is €400 at one single time and can’t have multiple withdrawal requests.

I waited and I got an email saying “Alas the technique does not always work” firstly the wording of this is really bad when giving a player bad news maybe use more formal language and not fun joking words like “Alas” it doesn’t bode well.

The fact they face technical problems is a lie, they can’t payout either because they have no funds available or the payment providers they used have been declined. They use multiple providers to avoid being detected and blocked by banks as gambling. For example if you deposit £20 then in most cases your statement should show up as the casino who’s taken it. Nope they will have random companies from retail, and business. Warning this can also look very suspicious from the banks point of view and it could lead to your own bank being closed.

The lotteries they advertise so heavily are misleading, they say it’s an added bonus for playing. Well firstly it’s not, you’ve got to deposit in order to take part. 1 ticket costs £10 so they encourage you to deposit more and they say you’ll have a better chance of winning a cool prize in the lottery.

What they don’t tell you is the prizes are rubbish and if you are lucky to win let’s say £100 then you’ll be shocked to find out it has a wagering limit of x 45 or x 75.

Now that’s false advertising if you participate in a lottery where you’re paying to take part and you win something you shouldn’t then have to wager those winnings because it’s not a bonus you’ve won. As you advertise it’s a prize for taking part and being active. So in real terms the lottery’s they use as a means to get players to part with more cash are pointless because it only favours the house. No one’s actually wining anything.

The support is absolutely shocking and by that I mean they copy and paste the same stuff and never actually listen to your request and they’re often repeating themselves.

Also they remove gaming providers without notice which is rather odd.

This casino is a mirror site, they are mirroring a legit casino and they frequently change their domain name often to avoid detection. If you don’t believe me just google the site and you’ll see loads of different domains which divert you to the main site.

The account manger is an absolute joke of a role, they hound your phone weekly and send texts and emails with pointless info and most of the time they have no context to them. Again a way of getting you to play.

However if you ask them for ANYTHING it is a straight NO.

In my opinion what’s the purpose of this role if they can’t help.

Also they have zero gambling controls and offer no help and that’s because they’re unregulated.
If you ask to close your account they will direct you to a link where you can self exclude but what they fail to tell you is, this exclusion only lasts 30 days. After that your account magically reopens on its own. I’ve spoken to them about this many times and there excuse is to download and pay for netnanny or gamblocker to avoid gaining access to the site.

My response was “how would this gambling software work against a site which frequently changes its domain to avoid being detected you’ll be constantly having to update the app with the many different URLs they use. It’s a shoddy way of they passing the responsibility back to the player. When in fact it should be their job to permanently close it. They clearly pray on the vulnerable.

Also you can at any point reopen the account yourself via the support link and this can be done without even speaking to a human. I don’t know of any casino that allows this.
So I’m now stuck waiting yet another 36 hours for a withdrawal which I’m sure I won’t see.

Save your money and Mental health and stay clear.
This advice comes from a player who’s been with them for over a year.
