Missing items no refunded

Do like the clothes quality, the team is responsive, delivery is quick

BUT I had a big issue regarding the delivery of some items. 2 items went missing!
After many emails, they recognised that one of them never left the warehouse but strangely not the other one... Their emails were not consistent about what happened and I'm still waiting for them to refund me the missing items that I've never seen.

Please do not buy many items at the same otherwise you will end up in the same situation as me ...

I've taken a look into this and can see that all items are appearing to be refunded/pending to be refunded.

A refund of £94.14 cleared processing on the 20th of June and should take 5 working days to land back in your bank account.

I can see the rest of your items are still pending to clear to be refunded back to you, a further refund of £215.50 should take no longer than the 30th of June to land back in your bank account.

The worst customer service!

The worst customer service! I placed an order on 25th May and was missing one of the items in my order. I contacted the customer care team to let them know I am without one of my items and they have not assisted me with this. Jay has ignored my emails since 31st May. Appalling customer service and I will not be ordering from them again!

Due to many false claims made in the past, it means that we have had no option other than to change the way missing item claims are handled. This includes an internal team of ours reviewing orders when they are being processed so we can determine exactly how many items have been packed into the parcel.

I can see that the footage has been reviewed on three separate occasions and each time, the team have been able to see all items packed into the parcel. With this, we are confident that all items have been received and will not be able to offer a refund or replacement on this occasion,

I wanted to be fair. So I did leave a negative review before because a refund for one out of three items I had returned wasn't showing up. I got in touch with their customer service again via email and they replied promptly and resolved the issue very quickly.
I should've given them a chance to try to make things right before jumping to conclusions.
But I wanted to apologise and say thank you for the resolution.

Different item being delivered TWICE

Different item being delivered TWICE. I ordered plain black boots and they sent me black boots with silver studs. This was months ago and I just shrugged it off as I couldn't be bothered about the hassle of returning the parcel, etc. I never used the boots. Then it happened again today. I ordered a pair of white leather look platform sandals and they sent me white sandals with too much straps from Boohoo!!! I couldn't be bothered to return it as my holiday will be in a couple of days time and I needed some white sandals so I guess I'll just settle with this. But I'm not going to order again from this brand. So bad! This type of service deserves 0 star. If item was unavailable, they should notify the buyer not give them alternatives without even asking them. Even online grocery shopping would ask people their permission for alternatives!

I wouldn’t even leave this company a star! I order a parcel 8 days ago to not receive it and it got sent back to the depo! I then got it re ordered paying £6 for special delivery! To not receive the parcel for a second time! Miss pap don’t want to refund me for delivery or for the parcel not coming on time due to there fault! So disappointed last time I will be ordering from this company
