I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a response from customer service (due to multiple faulty products), which is a completely unacceptable timeframe and beginning to infringe on consumer laws. Do not reply to me and say you are experiencing an unusually high volume of messages, as 4 weeks is an appalling wait-time. Hire more staff or sack the ones you have who can’t respond to a message in a month 🥴

Like others we get an automated message saying they’re busy and someone will be in touch. Taking into account that this was supposed to be a Christmas gift we are now out of pocket and need to find a replacement. Absolutely disgusting service. It’s the first and last time we will be using their company.

I’m genuinely so disappointed with my experience with Miss Pap. I received my order on 17/11 and the item looked nothing like it did on the model the length and quality were completely off. When I went to return it straight away, the returns page glitched and immediately showed “store credit” as the refund method without giving me any option to choose how I wanted my money refunded this clearly what they do to take your money from you!! I didn’t even complete the return because the page clearly wasn’t working properly and emailed / facebook messaged straight away to let them know. Since then all I keep getting is the exact same automated message over and over again. No real person has replied to me at all! As soon as I asked for the issue to be escalated, I’ve had no response whatsoever. I don’t have this type of money to waste, especially when this situation is due to a fault on their system!! I never selected store credit, and it’s incredibly frustrating being ignored when all I’m trying to do is get the refund I am entitled to. Judging by other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one dealing with this, which makes the whole experience very worrying how a company can do that. AVOID!

Absolutely disgusted with this company . I ordered several outfits which I need to return. I went on the portal and created a QR code for Asda which doesn’t work. I have emailed wattsapp messaged with no reply . This has been going on for days . What am I supposed to do with the order. Why don’t you have a helpline

Miss pap sent me a top that was completely different to what I ordered and from pretty little thing! I sent an email explaining this 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response from the customer service team it’s absolutely shocking!!!! This company is a scam! When I’ve messaged on instagram all you get is a robot speaking to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be raising a formal complaint and contacting a company to help me get a refund. Please do not spend your money here. Worst experience ever.

They do not reply with customer service channels at all and instead have taken money instead of the required refund for my partial return order. I have messaged countless times and they do not respond especially not beyond ai bots. Never got back to me but cancelled my refund even though i clearly returned items with tracking!

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order from MissPap for the amount of £240, which I have still not received a refund for. Despite previous attempts to resolve this, the refund process has been unreasonably delayed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund for items returned within the appropriate timeframe, particularly when returns are made in line with your stated policy. Your failure to process this refund is a clear breach of these statutory rights.
Due to the delay, I have now incurred interest charges on the £240, which I would not have faced had you acted in a timely manner. As such, I am also requesting compensation to cover this financial loss.
You now have 24 hours from receipt of this email to process the refund in full and confirm that compensation for the interest charges will be issued. If this matter is not resolved within this timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate it further, including reporting the matter to Trading Standards and pursuing recovery through the appropriate legal channels or a chargeback via my payment provider.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it requires.

Second review because still no refund, even after being given 2 timeframes that have both now passed, 0 correspondence from Misspap on why no refund and why they aren't keeping to there word, and no response via email to my complaint from more than 5 days ago. At my wits end, the worst company and worst customer service, honestly avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered an outfit for my 30th birthday in enough time! Was dispatched and tracking not updated. onto the 6th day no parcel no updates on tracking, nothing contact via fb,insta and email no responses when you look on there social media there deleting comments btw loads of people are having the same issue I’m guessing they’ve either not sent parcels out or something in the warehouse has gone wrong!! Now I have 4 days to get something sorted before I leave the e country for my 30th birthday
I will never order again or Debenhams since that’s who’s part of the company save your money and go to boohoo or plt even better go to Shein least they send you an order

I had an issue with a refund. It wasn't processed for a few weeks after the return. I sent an email with all the details to customer service Friday evening and my request was sorted that evening in a few hours. I didn't expect it will be processed so fast.
