I bought a dress on November and never arrived, and waiting for the refund but never arrived neither.

Do not buy from this Chinese company. I need to return the dress and no response to my multiple emails.

Sent me the wrong dress. Not much more to say than that. I bought one dress. They sent another.

BUYERS BEWARE! NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I ordered a dress size 16, the seller sent a dress that could fit a dolly.
The seller ignores emails. I had to get PayPal to demand the return address. I paid £22 to ship the dress back to CHINA a month after shipping it was returned the seller refused the delivery and it has been shipped back to me today. Well, my fight is not over they're not stealing my money and getting away with it.

Easy navigation. Accepts a pay later app that I use. To crown it all offered a discount on my 1st purchase.

I received my outfit in time for the event I ordered it for and the fit was perfect. The dress enhanced my figure and I got lots of compliments

The dresses I ordered are all beautiful, but not consistent on the sizing. One dress fits perfect, the two other items fit great though torso and legs, but are too big in the top/shoulders.

BUYER BEWARE:

If you are someone who is looking for “easy returns” this is not the vendor to purchase from. I ordered three gowns for an event. Unfortunately none of them worked.

I sent five emails to the service email listed before I received a response. Per company policy, buyer is responsible for shipping all returns. This alone cost $80.00. Truly insane policy.

I will not purchase again.

I have reached out to customer service as well as returns and refunds looking for assistance and guidance and have yet to receive a response.

I ordered my dress a month ago and still did not receive it
They kept telling me to refer to the tracking, but the tracking was not accurate
I was getting information that the delivery is coming today and never happen, than the next day and never happen again and guess what? I'm still waiting 😂
Tracking wasn’t even showing location
After my third complaint finally it started showing location and dress wasn’t even close to WA it was showing Sydney as locations - nearly month after the order was placed

Dear, I was loocking for the dress to the weading party, so I find you on Facebook, and traed the chans. I receved one dress from you, and it too big for me a littel. But the qualetet is perfect. I gave it to my frend, she is happy for it. So I order inather one for my and for my dogter. Hope it will be good for us.

first for the quality of dresses that you have. second for helping me in the best way to solve my problem which was that my dress did not fit and you helped me by giving me options to be able to choose which one was best for me and satisfy me and not disappoint me thank you, and For the same reason, I will always recommend you and will continue buying your clothes, thank you.

Sceptical about ordering. Dress arrived 2 weeks after ordering and is absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to wear on my upcoming cruise for new year.

I receive my dress. I am having issues getting a professional response on how to return due to not fitting. I received the first reply thereafter I have sent : more inquiries and no one will reply to me. The dress cost me $90
