I would give NO STARS. Do not order from here. If you need to return your items, they offer a 15% discount to keep them OR keep in mind, nowhere on the return policy does it state that you have to send it back to China. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

I absolutely love the dresses from your company. In my honest opinion, they take a rather long time to receive, but when they are delivered, everything is packaged nicely. I just need to know how to return an item. The last dress I received is way too long for me Please help thank you so much.

Ordering was smooth, Delivery was quick, and the product was amazing!

I have sent 2 emails to customer service for the return information guidelines. As of today I have not received a response. I will report this Company to the Better Business Bureau for the lack of communication and professionalism

My dress (Rose Gold Mermaid with flare sleeve)-is BEAUTIFUL!! It was made for me!! I only had to have it taken up an inch! The weight of the fabric is nice and the workmanship is awesome!

The second option ordered- Striped/patterned one with the teal and rose gold sequins and open back was gorgeous but unfortunately
didn't fit right. I will have to return that.😒

I received a peach coloured prom dress with weird green straps ( rather than the peach ones shown on line) and requested a replacement . They were really slow to reply and eventually told me I could have another dress if I paid them more money. I pointed out that it was a faulty item and have been asking now for an address for a return and refund . After 3 weeks and 5 emails I have had no reply and now have a distraught 16 year old girl with no prom dress !

I was a bit hesitant about the quality of the dress material considering the price ($78!), but it is a well-made dress and as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures and video. It definitely lives up to the advertisement, and I can't wait to wear it at an upcoming gala!

Absolutely disgusted,my fiance placed an order for my valentines day,sffter ovr a week after delivery date,and numerous contacts with company,no word no order and no paid return,still waiting!!!!!!! Will never use this company again,,,any ideas how to get my fiannce his money bc!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dress is beautiful and good quality, but the dress was very wrinkled, the company should improve how they package delicate clothing

I was a bit skeptical when ordering for the first time from this company (based on a an ad I saw on Facebook). I am happily not disappointed! The dress is spectacular, and it is high quality. It is exactly as advertised and I am pleasantly pleased. Now I just need to find a fancy event to wear it!

Size of the dress isn't even accurate. There is no free return policy. They will offer you15% off to keep the dress that doesn't fit, but don't offer free returns. The dress isn't even great. Would never order from this company again. Customer service sucks! Thanks for nothing.

The dress is gorgeous, unfortunately I have to return it, it is too small on the top and inches too long on the bottom.
