Poor service and very unprofessional in store ( Lakeside shopping Center)
Would advise anyone and everyone to avoid purchasing footwear, cheap quality products with no way to channel complaints, feel robbed and just hope people read this!!!!

Delivery arrived promptly and as expected. Lovely packaged box as Gift wrapped In floral bag. Unfortunately box slightly damaged by its only the shoe box. However the shoes are slightly scuffed and do not look brand new. The shoes are a gift and I am disappointed at the quality.

We bought boots for my daughter from a store in Westfield. They didn’t gave us receipt, just a ticket from the POS terminal. After 15 minutes walking, there was a wound in her ankle. Boots are uncomfortable and upholstered on the inside, and the child walks inessentially with them and hurts. Terrible quality! If I could, I would rate it 0 stars. Terrible customer service!! From the shop refused to return the boots and to make a refund or exchange. The saleswoman was unkind and negative. When my daughter showed her leg wound, she said it is time to leave the shop and threatened to call for security. We are VERY, VERY disappointed and humbled! Never buy these TERRIBLE TRASH !!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of boots in my size and then the next day I receive and email saying my size wasn’t even available after I purchased it? And they said they can send me the size down instead? Not very happy at all... they didn’t even give a discount code for next time or apologise!

After ordering Miss Diva emailed me to say they only had one pair left and they were slightly damaged so they were issuing a refund. Although disappointed other companies would have sent them out hoping the customer would not return them. The best customer service is honesty.

Bought a pair of £30 shoes
Wore them and after one wear , the insole was lifting up , as they are slip on shoes , looks tatty ( can be seen ) .
Also the back heel insole started lifting off on wear number two !
Also the detail on the outside started coming off ( company policy don’t cover that ).

Took them back with my receipt, manager wouldn’t even look at receipt .

Wore three times only ...... apparently it’s my fault for wearing them !!!!!
No exchange, no apologies, wouldn’t send them to head office under faulty policy

Didnt have the shoe i wanted in stock but did keep me updated and issue a refund
