The story at the beginning really pulled me in. Karim starting pressure washing at 16 and seeing firsthand how Section 8 income works was a great way 💯 to introduce the bigger idea behind the book. I especially liked the concept of viewing this income as contractual rather than something uncertain. There are some genuinely useful investing lessons here.
