One mirror was cracked and the other wasn’t the color we wanted.

The mirror is gorgeous and they were prompt with making it and delivery. Also, their customer service was very easy to work with and very helpful.

Actual mirror order was great, but the 9 samples I ordered prior, were addressed to correct address, however , name was completely wrong, however I still received them..

On the day I was placing an order, the website was having issues. I called customer service, and the agent was more than happy to help me place the order. The mirror I ordered was just what I wanted. I was especially impressed with the protective shipping method. We will definitely order from them again in the future.

Shawie was very helpful meeting my rework, we need very specific size and shape of table, and I could not find the one at elsewhere , but at Mirrorlot! They made my table in the way we wanted and I got very beautiful table per spec we ordered. It was quick and Shawie was very helpful when we had delivery schedule arrangements.

Great experience from beginning to end. Helpful video on hanging the mirror. Communication on delivery excellent. And the mirror is beautiful.

I gave MirrorLot 5 stars because they were true to their word about replacing any damaged mirror. I had recently ordered four mirrors and one of them was damaged in transit.I followed their instructions about documenting the damaged container and mirror. And two weeks later received a brand new mirror in perfect condition. Thanks MirrorLot for having integrity and for the 4 perfect mitered mirrors, they look great. Well done!

There are so many aspects of this company which are all 5 stars, but I want to start with the mirror itself, which is breathtakingly handsome and stunning. We sometimes just stare at it. The frame is exquisite and a perfect match for our room. Which brings me to the next service that this company provides: samples. Because of the samples we were able to select the exact frame which completely complements the room. The next item the company excels in is the follow up service. We were able to be very specific in exactly what dimensions we needed for the space. Finally, we were stunned at the packaging. Wow. The mirror was so protected with wood and special protective materials that it brought us a sigh of relief when we started opening the package, as we knew it would be in one piece. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. It is worth the money!

Beautiful mirrors and great customer service

We ordered from them before and the mirror quality is outstanding! Glass is flawless and the framing is very nicely done. You can tell they care about quality.
