At first I was stressed about going with this hosting. Something new and for the prices and goods that they are giving it looks like a scam.. But now? Im using Mint as hoster for 2 months and its amazing... Server without problems and even supports... I created ticket and I was done in few mins... Best support that I got was Philip M.... Great performance and easy to use hosting
I’ve been using MintServers for hosting a modded Minecraft server (All The Mods 10), and I’m really impressed so far. The setup was quick and easy, even without much experience, and everything worked almost immediately.
The performance is great — even with a heavy modpack, the server runs smoothly without major lag. Stability has been very solid, even with multiple players online.
What really stood out to me was the support. Ben L. was very helpful and responded quickly, making the whole process much easier. Really appreciate the assistance!
The control panel is also clean and simple to use, which makes managing the server very convenient.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable hosting.

Fast response
I recently started using their services, with a heavy loaded minecraft mod. I was having some lags with the server and when I wrote to the message box, Keneth G. took over the guns and fixed the server like a lightning. :) I cant get this type of support speed for my business servers.

Best customer service exeperience I've had in a long time!
Philip was extremely helpful with getting my server up and running even going above and beyond to suggest other fixes/optimisiation for the server. He even went ahead and installed mods for the server so that I didn't get confused. One of the best customer service exepriences I've had in a while!

I might've just found the best minecraft hosting.

Bad performance server in Unlimited package.
Live support is helpful but sadly, servers are bad for big modpacks. It's not loading the map chunks or being laggy in every moment. I asked for refund but they rejected.
Thank you for support, they are giving support and they say they will refund it so, I will update my review after refund.

found out about mint through a reddit post as i needed a community server and i have got to be fair i have had an easy experience through and through. I've spoken to Keneth G. today we had a laugh and he helped me out some of the best people here and very helpful if you need them and when you need them
