I love these servers so much they never lag and i also feel like they are way cheaper than any other place its a win win also the support is very fast and very nice if u see a Keneth G tell him i said hi hes really cool.

the support was amazing, the person helping was very patient. I was able to launch and play with my friens in under 15 minutes. at first it was sketchy but it works

Keneth G. helped me quickly and easily get a handle on my problem with unauthorized access—and hopefully prevent it in the future.

At first I was not enjoying my customer service, as I kept being told nothing was wrong. However, the third person I spoke too (Keneth .G) actually went into our server files, configs, mods, and settings to fix the issue. We went from being unable to walk a few chunks away without issue, to being able to explore on completely different sides of the map with smoothness in under three hours!

Genuinely me and my mod team are extremely thankful for Keneth helping us out.

Jazmin made my day, I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. It was quick and robust, allowing me to instantaneously resolve my issue. All thanks to their wisdom.

The server runs well and while there was an issue somewhere with the mods and an entity spawning, the site support stuck with me in solving it. Philip, ty once again, you were a tremendous help.

Philip and Jamie helped me with my server troubles. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. But they came and saved my server from crumbling, lol.

Stable and reliable service! Never had a server go down in all the months that I have been with them, and they support loads of games a tons of mods for the games as well. Minecraft being their most fleshed out service.
Extremely good and quick customer support that not only solves your issue, but explains how to handle it in the future.
If you run into Keneth G or Philip, you're bound to have a very pleasant and quick ticket to be solved!

my time with this server has been great. the connection is fast almost as fast as the setup for it. Also jazmin helped when i had my only issue and it was all quick responses and quick issue solved

The support alone is amazing. I met Jamie, a positive and helpful person. Im pretty sure they delved into the files of the server and fixed it themselves after countless failed attempts. I will remember this. Thank you Jamie. Have yet to test the server with all my friends.
