Honestly a shocking amount of value compared to other server options, and supports modded servers (virtually unlimited RAM and 50GB of storage for about $20USD per month, crazy). I was uploading a large cobbleverse world from an Essential world and the data transfer, though extremely long, seems to work perfectly. Make sure you upload existing data to the right place or else you have to reupload it, unfortunately it can't be easily relocated. Thanks to Ben, Jamie, and Keneth for help - the support team is really quick to respond and nice, both before and after purchasing.
Can't say too much about performance as I haven't really tested it with friends, but seems good so far.

Easy to use, quick and competent customer service. Their AI bot gives surprisingly good answers. High level of customization available. Very good value, highest RAM available for the dollar value. They claim "unlimited" but my server hung out around 8-9GB for an ATM10 server with 6 guys doing a bunch of activity. This is actually my second time renting service from them and it won't be the last.

Been using MintServers for Minecraft a few months back, no issues at all. This time my friends/family wanted to try a Terraria server instead. Keneth G helped me alot and got my server wworking!

I was working on a server to play with my friends and i was completely dumbfounded on why it isnt startin. granted im completely new at this so its kinda expected. Reached out and Kenneth G helped a TON and worked his magic to help boot it up. He even laid some QOL stuff to ensure it runs smoothly! I moved my server from Gportal to Mintservers. The process was very very easy because mintservers has an import service for free that does it alone. You dont have to worry about RAM anymore if you play with your friends because you have like 35GB ram in the cheapest service.
And the support is probably the best thing, live custom support with human in special Keneth G, he has been helping me with the server error and and recommending things to improve the server

Philip was a master in having my server upgraded and helped me create a schedules for back up they did a fantastic job.

Normally minecraft servers are expensive, normally just to have one with mods that can support people you are looking at £35 plus but mint servers is only £20 pm and the level of quality you get is amazing.

unlimited ram would cost £100 plus elsewhere but with mint its a quarter of the cost.

Normally i dont write reviews, in fact its my first one ever but my reason for writing this is a 24/7 chatter called phillip, he assisted me with my problem in setting up a new modpack right away. He even installed server side mods to reduce lag and make the quality better, he also stayed until he made sure the server was completely good and we can join.

His service was friendly and he was an unexpected jokester, but above all his service was outstanding. I cannot reccommend mint servers more as they make simple childhood fun affordable and they make any issues a breeze to fix. once again thank you phillip and thank you mint servers
