The Staff/Admin Support is great! Philip helped me with a server related Issue and did some Optimization for it. So the Server runs more Smootly. I really appreciate the fast help, can only recommend!

I bought a Minecraft server from this site back in February and used it for about 2 months before cancelling. I’ve recently come back and bought it again because it really was that good. It’s been really reliable, I’ve never had any issues with downtime or performance, and everything runs smoothly. Support is also very helpful from what I’ve experienced. The server is perfect for what I need for me and my friends, and for $9.99 on the Unlimited plan, it’s honestly a really good price for what you get.

Servers are decent-mid tier if your running a mod-pack and i haven't had any ram issues. I really enjoy the ui, it has everything you could need accessible and fast. A few caveats I've seen in my particular case is the tick rate being slow, and common but short hangs, when running large mod packs. In that case you may need to spend more, ($20-40 range) for a functional modded server that doesn't lag. Support is great, had Philip help me in the chat, he gave me many pointers and went above and beyond to resolve my issues with the big mod-pack i chose. :) For anyone having tick rate issues He recommend using chunky to render the chunks overnight, this allows more headroom for the server to focus on the ticks - mob ai pathings and overall mob spawns.
