I purchased two of your Goodman e-series 18,000 BTU units, I'm a contractor, your price was a bit cheaper then the competition so I bought from you, it also came with the free wall mount brackets and I liked you guys had more line set options. Great service.

It's a rebranded gree flexx and working like pro. I dont know how long this last but so far so good. My local HVAC want around 15k and I bought it like 4k and paid 2k labor install from local HVAC company. It's a win win.

Good place to do business

I've had great experiences with Goodman products and their support over the years, and this was my first time using a mini-split. My research showed that only a few manufacturers produce these under various brand names. When I learned that Daikin, a top-quality brand, had acquired Goodman, choosing this unit was easy. The unit met my expectations, it's simple, without a fancy digital display. The airflow can be manually adjusted side-to-side and automatically up and down. The units are branded as Daikin and made in Malaysia. I would definitely buy these again!

Had great service and unit arrived in great shape. Installation went smooth and is running great saving electricity.

I installed the unit a few days ago and it cools the room quietly. My wife didn't even notice it was on. I also set up a larger 18,000 Goodman mini-split for the living room and kitchen, and it's working perfectly. Replacing an old Goodman system freed up a 60-amp breaker, so now I run three units with 20 amps each. I saved my installing them myself.

I ordered a battery from them. It was suppost to be in stock. I called and emailed them they said in stock, so I ordered. A week later no shippment! Call and canceled order. They canceled the order but no refund! I am still tring to get my money. I have tried email,messages on their site several times. Tried calling left messages NO response. Do not buy from them SCAM.

I too ordered online, everything was in stock, 1 week later they canceled my order stating the couldn't find a carrier to deliver to me in Southern California, I'm sure they just couldn't find one that was cheap enough, so they just cancel your order, horrible business practice, I will definitely let people know to stay away and buy elsewhere.

Ordered on 7/14. Was told on 7/17 it would be shipped in 2-3 days and arrive 2-7 days later.
On 7/18 got an email stating it was on the way and I was given tracking numbers.
After 5 days UPS still does dot have unit.
Emailed on 7/23 and was told its on back order and was told "It will be a few weeks"
Why wasn't I informed it was on back order? How long was I going to have to wait till you informed me you couldn't deliver anywhere near the time you advertise?
Canceled order..Lost my future business...

Ordered a split ac unit from mini-split systems direct on July 15. estimated del time was 5-7 days then told on the day of delivery it will be del. end of August.... They Lied !!!!! canceled order !!!!!

I ordered an item from the website. 3 days later I got an email stating it was out of stock .. even though it was still listed for sale on the website and at the same price I paid.
I called their number twice a day for a week and never got a call back. I emailed every day and never got a reply.

This is classic bait and switch or it's just fraud. either way, I advise people to use caution when doing business with minisplitsystemsdirect

I went with you because you had the best prices, communication was awesome, in fact the best, fast responses by both email and text message and you always picked up the phone. This is how more companies need to be but unfortunately, times are different. Thank you Mini Split Systems Direct for a nice experience, I will refer you to family and friends.

I am finally writing this review because our ac was damaged due to the recent tornados, and we could not afford a whole new system, well, it was quite a surprise when I found out the extended warranty (CPS) mini split systems direct provides covered all the damages. I gotta say I am both super happy and relived, thank you guys.

All US-based, they always pick up the phone or at least call me back. Quick responses via email, fast delivery, we would recommend mini split direct for your HVAC needs.

I purchased an air purifier from these guys a little over year ago, I did experience a few hiccups with my system that were resolved after speaking with tech support. I would shop here again.
