excellent customer service, fast shipping

Great customer support. Item delivered promptly and everything was included. Unit installed flawlessly and very happy with the results.

So far so good. Received all of the equipment within a week of ordering. Won't install it for another few weeks where I will follow up on this review

Great Price, Great Customer Service, Great Product.

The information section said that the mini splits were coming with the installation kit which is the line set communication wire and other things. It didn’t come with it on any of the 3 mini splits. Went back to the advertising pages and found that it said it came with it on one page and then on another page in much smaller detail that the installation kit is an option that when the add it to the cart doesn’t show that you can purchase either. I’m an hvac company and if I deceived people in this manner I would be sued. I hope they reach out to me and make good that would show me good faith. Had to spend an extra $450 that was shown to come with what I purchased.

Great pricing and great selection! Only complaint is items were not delivered at the same time. Kind of hard to schedule customers when everything isn’t delivered at the same time.

This is solely based on delivery. You contracted R+L Carriers to deliver our system. The driver was terrible. We cleaned out a spot in our garage for them to place the unit when it arrived. The driver never knocked on my door to let me know it was here or have me sign for the order/inspect it (which it clearly states on the form). I heard the noise of him dropping it off so I quickly ran outside to ask him to please bring it into our garage. He looked at me and said, it's not heavy, you can bring it in yourself. Meanwhile, all over the package are bright yellow papers with the word HEAVY on it and it was obviously heavy because he used the fork lift (or whatever it's called) to drop it off in our driveway. I'm a 5'2, 51 year old woman...who does that?! I was very polite in asking him and all he needed to do was push the button to come back down off his lift and drive his fork lift over and move it for me so it was in the garage instead of my driveway. I did reach out to R+L Carriers as well and told them of my experience.

Great product at a great price…and FREE delivery! My 2nd purchase.

The product is pretty good and not had any problems with it yet. It cools and heats up the living room like it says. My only problem was that some accessory parts were not included like the manual says it should have. But overall the mini split does a very good job.

Mini split came damaged, Jenny in customer was super. Had a replacement within 2 days. Would highly recommend this company to do business with.

This is the second time I used them for a mini split. Outstanding service and quick shipping. Very happy with first one I installed!
