I purchased a multi zone ductless system from here. Everything arrived very quickly. All the parts were included. For around 5k I completed a job that 3 HVAC companies wanted approximately 40k to do. Great deal. I’ve installed 100 of these ductless units. There’s no comparison between these and a regular system and I don’t even know what they bother
selling anything else.

Considering I ordered my equipment in between Christmas and New Years, everything came well packed and palletized, and timely. They have always been responsive to emails.

very good packaging material. I have received it on time and safely.

So far great. I have to completed the storage shed about two more weeks of work. Then I can get the unit installed. I will tell you then how well it is working.

I’ve had this system for over a year now and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. It’s been hard to find someone to even work on them because it’s not their product. This junk is made in China even though it has an American name. The company does not stand behind their product, which makes their 10 year warranty worthless. Spend a little more and get a reputable name product.

Great experience from the very beginning. The system was complete, everything arrived as scheduled and without any scratches or marks on equipment. The system was easy to install, while I was in the HVAC busness for 40+ years, it was an easy install. I highly recomend this company and equipment to anyone.

Both products were received im seperate boxes that were ripped open. The product inside was scratched from being exposed.

Quick delivery, cost and easy to order on line. Goint to order another one.

I still haven't received the outdoor unit as of Friday 12th at 430pm,not very Happy will rethink using this company again

All aspects of the process were without problem. I'm anxious to get it operational. I'm a homeowner, so it will take me some time to set it up.

Units arrived on time, with no damage to equipment . Install went well with no complications. Units are running good, got temperature settings set to control room temps.

I have received the package(9000BTU Airconditioner and Heating), but severial spots damaged seriously.
