Excellent packaging and a nice variety of pieces. At another store I’d physically made my girlfriend a figure and wasn’t satisfied with my options for my own, and minifigs.me let me have much more fun with it since it’s online and not as restricted as the official LEGO one. The ONLY THING I’d ask for is some custom faces!! I wanted a specific custom one they already had but it was male instead of female and I ended up drawing eyelashes on to try and improve it. Overall would be a 5/5 but I think there’s a lot of potential with that part and I know I would reorder a head piece if they could do that for me :)

I love the product. They had a disclaimer of upto 5 weeks delivery and fortunately it came at the end of it despite the regional turmoil in middle east. Will definitely buy again and will recommend to friends.

Hello, The order didn’t come to the given address, i still don’t have the order with me. Please help me, it’s already been two months.

ordered some figures which are already quite expensive for the price. After some time (I’m not even sure how long), one of the LEGO figure’s arms fell off.

This is very disappointing, especially since a single figure costs around 20–30 euros.

I made a mistake customizing one of the tops because of a copyright problem and the support was very friendly and changed the shirt immediately. They refund worked perfectly and the shipping was fast.

The mini figs came in in a timely manner and were exactly as described!

minifigs customer service was amazing with resolving the issue i initially had with my order.

originally, when i placed my order, i chose it to be delivered with yodel. i had to contact yodel numerous times in order to attempt to receive any form of update about my parcel (as they had randomly marked it as delivered) to which they did not know at all where it was and believed it had been lost. this took multiple weeks of back and forth with them to resolve nothing.
however, i contacted the company minifigs directly in desperation to see if anything could be done. not did they only immediately get back to me, but they also sent out a parcel (free of charge) with next day delivery in order to replace the one id lost to allow it to come in time for the special occasion that it had been bought for.

i cannot thank them as a company enough. i really do recommend them for any personalised special occasion gifts.

the figures are really cute and exactyl how i created them, the only thing id critize is that it is kinda expensive.
