I booked a taxi using the online form. I received an email confirming my booking along with the price quoted.
I had to contact the company regarding the collection time. They did not respond.
I phoned and they amended the collection time. They asked if I knew the price, so I told them I did as it was on my email confirmation. I was told that was wrong as there was a problem with the site. The price was an extra £50. I cancelled the booking and I would not recommend this company.

First time using this company
First time using this company, thought it would be good to have a taxi pre-booked for a Saturday night. As happened to others, they cancelled at short notice. The restaurant was able to book us a local cab. Won't be using again!

Booked taxi for 4.50am, they cancelled in the last moment
Booked a taxi from my location in Merton to the East Croydon rail station for April 4th, 4.50am - did it 2 days in advance. Everything seemed fine, until on 04/04, 4.30 am, I find out that they sent me a mail 11 pm last night that they could not make this booking. I had a flight that day, so had to urgently rebook. Later got a short mail saying: "we specialize in airport transfers from this location and would be unable to help you with this journey you have booked.."
Guys, if you can't do a 15 mins ride around Croydon, at least cancel the booking immediately, you had 2 days to check it!
Atrocious service. Be careful, they may leave you stranded with no notice.

I booked with Minicabshub for a group of family and friends
I booked with Minicabshub for a family and friends trip to Bexhill. I booked on the website and paid for the cab, and I thought all was well. I then re-confirmed the day before the trip, by ringing the firm, to make sure my trip was entered into their system. It was then that they told me that the website was not working properly, and the price was £25 more. I stated that due to my booking on the website, we had agreed the price, and in effect, had a contract. The person I was talking to conferred with his manager and they agreed to honour the price I had paid.
However, on the day of the trip, 3 hours before departure, they called me and said that I needed to pay £55 more, to get the taxi, as their website was not working properly. This gave me little time to get another firm, so I paid the extra, very begrudgingly.
To top it off the taxi arrived 10 minutes late.
I am very unsatisfied with this company. I think they deliberately called me late on the day of travel, with the request for a substantial extra amount of money, to leave me with no option but to pay the extra £55
I am not sure I believe their claims of their website not giving the correct price, and I will be making a complaint to the relevant taxi governing body and the relevant council licencing department, to make them aware of the practices of this company.
