Very good communication
Very good communication, our flight arrived an hour earlier and they called that the driver is on its way but if we needed to be picked up sooner they will arrange. Travel was comfortable, great customer service

Perfectly on time. No issues to raise. Slightly bumpy ride but it was a minivan so that's to be expected. I managed to get some sleep so it wasn't bad.

Would never use again
Would never use again. We have used MiniCabRide three times now, and 2/3 have been bad experiences. On our second trip we were lied to saying the driver was stuck in traffic, when he was actually around 40 minutes late because he was charging his electronic car (the driver told us this). The driver then wouldn't meet us at the meet and greet point, which we had paid extra for. The company gave us a refund for just the meet and greet fee. Our last experience was awful, with us being lied to multiple times saying on the phone the driver was 2-5 minutes away, and not to worry we will be at the airport by 6pm, when we actually arrived after 7pm and missed our flight... The child car seat was broken, the driver was 20 minutes late after the already adjusted later flight arrival time even though we had told them we had very little time to get to our next flight, and to top it off the driver pulled over on the motorway for the toilet. We were given a £10 discount as a gesture of "goodwill"...

Fine but expensive
Cab was on time and the driver was pleasant enough if a little taciturn. Not sure that equivalent to AU$210 is a reasonable price from London to Luton but what can you do.

I received responses to my enquiries in real time. The communication was excellent. As a first time buyer making payment was easy and re-assuring especially because I could use PayPal.
The drive to London itself was great. The driver was quite warm and helpful and providing traffic updates as we travelled. He was also very kind and supportive as we had a lot of luggage.

Communication is extremely bad: repeated mistakes, no accountability, and additional fees constantly being requested. I have rarely had such a negative experience with a service.
The most shocking part was the phone call — the person on the line actually yelled at me. Completely unacceptable and incredibly unpleasant. A stressful experience from start to finish.
