Wrongly advertise free returns! Customer service basically non-existent

I ordered three pairs of jeans, and while two fit perfectly, the third was way too large, even though it was supposed to be the same size. I started the return process, received a return label, and tried to return the item. The parcel shop couldn't process the label, so I immediately contacted customer services. This was in November 2025. It is now February 2026, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I had to contact Minga's customer service multiple times to even get an answer, and the only offer they're making is for me to send the item back at my own expense.
This is not acceptable.

Item missing from my order so lost £100

Item missing from my order, lost almost £100 from this, and I kept emailing them about it to resolve the problem, they stopped answering after I told them what item was missing. This is so ridiculous, this brand just takes money and leaves, there’s no other way to contact them either and they don’t answer my emails so great i just lost almost £100 on this. Will never buy again from here.

bad customer service

I ordered a matching sweat set from them about a month and a half ago. I was convinced to purchase because the pant legs were detachable with snap buttons.

However, when I tried them on two of the snap buttons immediately popped off. Very disappointing, so I messaged customer service and attached images, hoping they would be able to do an exchange or a partial refund.

I haven't gotten a reply since. I tried messaging again, but after reading so many bad reviews about their customer service, I figured writing one myself would be the fastest way to receive an answer.

That being said, the fabric of the set is very nice and thick and 100% cotton, which i really like.

UPDATE: I received an answer 3 hours after my review was posted on here. Customer service told me my previous message must have gone into their spam folder?

Then I was told they would not be able to process the pants(a faulty product) as they are used.
I wasn't aware that trying on a pair of pants to see if they fit automatically qualifies them as being used.

They offered me a partial refund of 15%, which is not gonna be enough to get their faulty product fixed by a professional seamstress, which I shouldn't have to do in the first place.

Highly disappointed.

UPDATE 2: I did reach out to them again and informed them that a 15% partial refund would not be enough to get the trousers fixed. In their response, I was told that as long as the tags were still attached, I'd be able to send back the pants and then they'd check if their product was actually faulty.
That is not how warranty laws work in germany and I do find it unbelievable that a brand that charges that much for their products refuses to acknowledge that poor product quality is not on the consumer but on them.
I was able to complain enough to get a 20% partial refund, which turned out to be just under 15 euros.

I would advise anyone to stay away if you are aware of your rights as a consumer. If you're fine with receiving something that breaks within an hour of receiving it and the brand then ignoring their responsibility then by all means, go ahead.

Impossible to return

Really mixed, loved the other clothes but one hoodie i wanted to return, turns out it's nearly impossible since they give u a wrong return label and then once they do reply to ur email they say to "figure it out yourself" basically and if u return it urself u might end up paying for delivery just as much as u did for the hoodie!! They just don't want to give u ur money back so I suggest to THINK WISELY.

Insanely frustrated with Minga

Insanely frustrated with Minga, I’ve gotten a few things from them but recently bought myself something for my birthday but one of the shirts were the wrong size . INSTANTLY realized and contacted them through the website, then emailed them a day later because we didn’t get a reply… and than we waited a few days. They finally replied 10 days from the original email we sent and said they couldn’t change the size because they already sent it out, and we would have to do a return. I asked if there was anything else they could do 8 days ago, because it’s extremely hard for me to get around to doing the return because of a situation I am currently in— and than have no replied at all. I sent two other emails 2 just to make sure they just didn’t miss the email— and still no reply. Even a simple “We can’t do that, sorry” would have been nice. I would have lost money because I can’t do the return, but it least I would have known. I love their stuff, and I literally just want to get a shirt in something my size. So at the very least if you’re gonna shop here, make sure you don’t need the customer service.

I will never order from minga ever…

I will never order from minga ever again. I've been chasing a refund after receiving a damaged pair of earrings. I sent proof and then was told I would be receiving a refund. We have been going back and forth since November 2025. It is now February 2026 and I'm still here trying to get a response from them. I'm here chasing 29£. They can't even refund that! They also refused to send me a replacement.

They only started responding after I raised a chargeback with my bank, and they then told me to close the chargeback and then they would refund me and now they have ghosted me. The absolute worst customer service. I pray this company shuts down for good.

Edit after reply from Minga: I closed the chargeback on 14 January 2026. I've sent 4 emails since requesting a reply and I've heard nothing. You guys replied quickly to this though!

I would definitely not recommend this…

I would definitely not recommend this website. I ordered a package and sent it back due to not fitting. It has become a massive ordeal trying to get my refund as Minga refuse to do so, even though the tracking shows my package has been delivered to them. I am now having to go through chargebacks, which is annoying. Do not buy from here.

SCAM ALERT: Sent partial order and GHOSTED me for a month (Order #110728)

Update: Feb 3,2026

After one month of being ghosted, Minga London support finally replied only after I posted this negative review and filed a claim with my bank.
My bank has now stepped in to refund me directly because Minga failed to resolve this.

I placed order #110728 on Nov 29. On Déc.15, I only received a belt , but the skirt and beanie were missing.
I contacted support. They asked if the package was damaged. I sent clear photographic proof that the small mailing bag was intact but too tiny to fit the missing items.
Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, and Minga London has completely ignored me.
It has been over a month of silence. Taking money for items you didn't ship and then ghosting the customer is THEFT. I have reported this to my bank for fraud.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you want to lose your money.

GHOSTED ME

I have written 15 emails to receive either a refund for my order OR to resend the clothes to me. My order was never delivered TO ME or to MY ADDRESS - genuinely the worst company ive ever dealt with. Completely ghosted me. DO NOT SHOP WITH MINGA LONDON THEY ARE THIEVES.

Ordered some items for my daughter the…

Ordered some items for my daughter the top when she tried to wear it is faulty the design is completely off center and wonky and not wearable.
The bag I got her after a few wears is falling apart but Minga are saying as they have been used they cannot replace! How do we know the bag would fall apart until it’s used? Shocking service. The quality is terrible. All we want is replacements for items that are not wearable due to poor quality!

Not worth

I placed an order that arrived about a month ago and honestly I was quite disappointed: 1. I bought the mia black zip up hoodie and the fabric started to pill after some use WITHOUT WASHING IT 2. The bunny borg jacket, on the other hand, is really uncomfortable because it has pockets literally on the side so it's not comfortable ar all to put your hands in and the main problem is that the hood is very very heavy and pulls my neck and jacket back, making me using it once and left it hanging in the wardrobe. Honestly I'm very disappointed, I had quite high expectations and spent almost €200 on uncomfortable and low-quality garments.

HORRIBLE experience, lost money and didn’t get the product

It was HORRIBLE! We bought a bag on Black Friday, after a few weeks surprisingly some pants arrived which we obviously didn’t order. We tried to contact the costumer service. No response. We tried again and again, then they responded but didn’t seem to understand our problem. We had to write MULTIPLE e-mails and it took them weeks to answer and to even understand our problem which shouldn’t be that hard. The bag was supposed to be a Christmas present. By Christmas they understood that they’d send us some pants instead of the bag. We had to send them the pants and afterwards, they would send us the bag. That’s what they told us. But then, again, after weeks, nobody tried to get in contact with us or send us the bag, even though the pants had already arrived for quite some time. We contacted them again. No response. Then suddenly we got the money of the bag back, without the shipping fee. So we didn’t get the bag and even LOST MONEY. Because they did a mistake and didn’t seem to care to fix it. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Refused refund for broken items

Sent me the wrong items and refused to refund for 8 weeks until I threatened to contact trading standards - but they refunded only 80% of my order and forgot to refund me for the jewellery that broke in ONE wear.

Customer service is slow, rude, and I have not once received and apology or any compensation for the 8 weeks it took to get my refund, which they have so far sent in three parts and still owe me a tenner…

I asked multiple times for a direct line of communication, rather than AIs and emails from anonymous employees (one of which swore at me) - they lie in their emails and due to no one signing of with a name it’s incredibly difficult to track down one person to sort out issues.

A consumer should not have to put this much effort and not receive a refund within the given time frame, and should not have to clearly spell out how to do the maths for a refund.

This is NOT a UK company. Returns will incur custom charges

Whilst I like the clothes from this company. This company misleads its customers into believing it is based in the UK. It is only registered in the UK. If you need to return any items, they will be shipped to Portugal, where the customer will incur a customs charge, before the company will accept the return. Therefore, you will only ever be issued a partial refund.

Tried contacting customer support over…

Tried contacting customer support over two items I had returned and received no reply and no help. The clothes quality is lovely but their sizing is off, I measured myself to their sizing guide. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
