I appreciate the help and the explanation of what was going to happen in my case denae helped me to understand everything that was going on when I didn’t understand she played a major part in helping me , vinson also was very helpful in explaining how the thing with the judge was going to be what questions my come up I appreciate all that mindset, denae& Vinson wer great help in getting a good judgement!! Thank you so very much!!

This has been an incredibly hands off experience for me. The only issue I've run into is slow responses from my case support person. Otherwise I'm very glad to be working with Mindset.

Our representative Oliver and his team were exceptional. Their care towards our concerns and needs really made this possible. I would recommend him to anyone going through this and the care they gave our case. We could not have asked for more.

So grateful I had mindset advocating for me and helping me navigate this process. It took almost two years but mindset stuck with me and helped me to continue to stay strong through the process and get the help I needed.

Pleasant customer service. Able to share time expectations on phone call. Completed application for me. Gave me a reasonable expectation of processing time and let me know that they would complete all follow up. Also taught me how to send messages through portal should I have any questions or changes in personal information. Mindset takes the anxiety out of the application process

So far both of my cases are still pending, but every person that I’ve spoken to have been very friendly & helpful with any question/concern I have! Very comforting & professional

Great help, and very informative on things I was not aware of.

I was very overwhelmed—to the point of tears trying to gather my work and health history. When I spoke with the worker on the phone she assured me that they would help me with that information. She was very kind and eased my mind.

The woman I spoke with was very caring and genuine. I really appreciative because it made it more comfortable for me. I can't say thank-you enough.

Very helpful, kept me updated on my case, and filed things for me. I would recommend them to anyone going through the confusing and long process of applying for disability.

So far things 3 months into the wait to receive a decision have been progressing well with my case thanks to help from Shaun! The wait time for my disability case to be heard has been taxing, but having open communication helps.

Once i was denied the first time he never gave up on us , he fought for us to get approved. I am definitely referring my family and friends to him .
