I bought glasses priced at £9.99

I bought glasses priced at £9.99. vat was added at 20% and then postage and a pound for delivery insurance. These were added after I had agreed to the £9.99 price. I saw the full price before I pressed the buy button.
The glasses themselves are useless. Everything is blurred and the only time they do anything useful is when you hold what you are looking at just a few inches from your face. They are heavily advertised on social media...don't bother.
