I paid $60 for a subscription for 1 month and for 1000 credits. I still had a few days to go on that month and i had close to 400credits left and I chose to not renew straight away, since I still had half of my credits and its $60! and I go in there today(still 2 days away from the end of the subscription) and they have taken away the rest of my credits!! what a rip off!!

not only that....the images it gives are not great resolution, always pixelated.

I was experimenting with ColoringBook.ai and I wanted to try out generating one coloring book. I wasn't sure if it was going to include certain elements I needed. I decided to give it a try and I was charged as I should be. Ultimately I decided I wasn't ready yet to use the service. I only used it once and the customer service was excellent. They do have a return policy if you use anymore than 10 credits but customer service were very understanding and waived that since I was close enough and only used 16 credits. That human touch made my day. Bottom line, great product, and flexible if you are not ready yet to commit to purchase after trying it once.

The website is brilliant but when subscribing to make sure my pictures were only accessible to myself I chose the cheapest option (arund 7 usd/month). However, apparently you always sign up for an entire year, something which is not stated very clearly anywhere... AND there is no real customer support information anywhere...
